Help with a turbo diesel hho conversion

As a newcomer I would like to say a little tanks for opportunity and Hi to All....

I am about to Boost with HHO a Renault Master T35 2.5 turbo Diesel Reg. 1996

    So far I am getting

    • Dry Plates +nnnnn- probably producing up to 3Lpm at 30 AMPs
    • Bubbles and Squeeks
    • Hi 90 or 120 AMP alternator
Will connect hho at first before the engine air filter and see....
try after filter (if I get a filter just for HHO)

Now The buts and iffs ???????? Help please....

    • Is it advisable to inject HHO as close as the pre-turbo area ? (will the turbo knock the hho off if not operating ????)
    • Do I need an EFI/e and company (does the car have sensors and ecu ????)

I'm in the second month research and I can't find the info in the net, the mechanics and renault services think I'm a criminal or something so....
Please have you got family working for renault ??? Has this car got any kid of fuel injection device that i'll neet to patch in order so lean out the evil oil...?????

HHO Booster on Turbo Diesel Engine

Hi all, We have the updates for my conversion.

The Converted vehicle is a Renault Master T35 Turbo diesel reg 1992.

I have installed a dry cell conf.+nnnn- dragging 15/20 amps has a nice hho production with 1 teaspoon Sodium Hydroxide also called Lye = NaOH concentration x litre.
The gas is introduced into the air intake between the airbox and the turbo with the tube going into the intake tube up till the last curve b4 turbo.
It definitely affects the vehicle torque and MPG which is now 30 on the motorway, b4 was around 20/25.

I will try pwm with modulated freq. tests and i'll post as soon as done.

Apparently there is no ecu on board, so no electronics req. but I was thinking about trying to lean the mixture from the oil pump ...???

      any suggestion welcome.

Some suggestion based from meyer system:
        - add ionizer in the air filter
        - add ionizer in the hho output (make sure that the ionizer do not produce spark)
        - don't care if the cell produce water vapor

The purpose of first ionizer is to improve fuel and air mix. the purpose of second ionizer is to prevent hydrogen recombining with water. Make sure that there is no spark. A pulsed HV will prevent recombination longer.
