I have a new idea about the VIC of 10.4 in Stan Meyer´s WFC letter. I now believe it works like this in his late cars:
1) One pulse from primary is enough to raise the initial voltage across the cell, the back EMFs from the multi spools(4-8 pcs) will increase the voltage to breakdown level and lots of HHO production in the cell. One diode between every spool is needed for effect, not included in the drawing..
2) This means it is enough to pulse once per 3 seconds(as specified by all replicators they use a pulse train frequency of 1/3 Hz)! Efficiency will be fantastic this way since you only waste one pulse and the back-EMFs will arrive very quickly to increase voltage to breakdown level. This must be the way to go, one massive pulse follwed by many small BackEMFs.
3) Stan used water mist to produce HHO in the end, too many troubles with the WFC water bath, much easier and more stable with some water mist injection I believe, and the frequency between the pulse trains must be much shorter. Remember HHO is negatively charged and mixed with O4+ from ambient air it will be an implosion bomb.
Look at Stan´s pulse trains in the WFC letter, first pulse is big, the following 4-5 pulses are very small(Back EMFs I believe), then he stops the pulse train for a long period. So one pulse - that is the key to success.
There was a guy called Dankie in here, he sold the SS430 wire, you can reach him at waterfuelcell.org if interested.. That wire is not necessary but makes all much easier.
My suggestion, try to build the multi-spool VIC asap... And anyone, please argument with me if you have a better idea!
