Alex and I have been working together on a final design of a new reactor using my tech: which has been tested at my local university tech: park and proven to work BETTER than as designed. Alex has been helping me in the construction and building of this in Italy, he is a fully qualified engineer like myself, albeit he does have a language problem when it comes to explaining things and answering questions so I have now stepped in, and I will take the flack.

This reactor uses electron beam irradiation and now has world wide copyright. There is still a lot of work to be done, but we are sure that in the near future we will have a product for testing by a few individuals for proof of concept.

Once we have passed the proof of concept by others we hope to sell the complete reactor for a very affordable price. Please do not ask what price as we do not know at the moment and it would depend on the rate of gas convertion needed.

I can tell you that for convertion of nitrogen and water into NH3 and N2O the rate is 81.375% per mole of N2 with an energy input of 200w, this far exceeds any other system by 100's X. These are not the only gases that can be made with this system, what is important is the active nitrogen that it produces and from this we can produce other oxides of nitrogen and nitrogen containing gases. In the case for this thread we can use very fine water mist as our source of H2 and O2 and convert directly into NH3 and N2O and a small amount of other nitrogen oxides.

Below I have posted photos of the reactor working and of the electron beam reactor. The brown gas is active nitrogen and is formed in .5-5sec depending on the throughput, in this case only air.

Thank you Michael & Alex for the updates and congratulations on your progress!

Michael can you please reattach the photos, as they did not show up on your message today.

I see that you add the water by a fine mist. Do you still recirculate the exhaust gases back through the reactor?

      What was your patent #?

Thanks again and keep up the good work!

      • Congratulations for the copyright and for having released something!

Hope i can be one that proof your concept! =)

        Very nice

        Thanks for the effort Alex

        • Why perspex? It melts @160C. This is show and tell display model obviously.
It would not power a model airplane engine. Do the right thing.

          • Thank you for the photos Mike

With the one input/output pipe with pressure gauge it reminds me of the nitrogen hydroxide N(OH)2 Aussie design.

With no input of air or water into the cell, just the initial water setup in the cell, the cell gas output fueled car engines. Later designs added an air input port and some added salt electrolyte.

            Interesting

            Thanks, Mike

We got a head start there my friend. Go for highly conductive copper tube.

                    • would not be so quick to claim a fame.!!

....hi there - well - I am surprised at Mike - for being so prudent as to believe that he has something really "world breaking" - and a first etc etc... I also would like to tell - Mike that what he seems to be revolutionary - was actually told to me - quite a while ago by a fellow - much more versed in the stuff - a fair time ago.... and that Alex probably - worked with this fellow - and then decided to 'switch' - companions...hmmm... and then took this fellows - ideas and discussions and then used them...hmmm - a bit of a sad idea I believe.....hmmm.

Also - Mike - as someone who has been around the block in/on - the days of Stan - that when you mix air (79%nitrogen) with some CNG, or LPG, and then add some "watergas" or hydrogen to the mix - that anyone knows that you will land up with NH3 - in the piston..... and because of this - which others have already discovered - probably 3 years ago or so... nothing you have claimed - has anything - remotely - surprisingly new, to it..!!!!

I read this post - and was really amazed - that such an old idea - is now all of a sudden claimed as revolutionary, and new....hmmm...

                      thanks

Good luck Mike, I hope you guys are able to get something out there.

An interesting post! seems you know a lot about me, I wonder who you really are? especially when you seem to be new here or at least do not post anything.

Well you do not seem to know much! but you seem to know how this works! Hmmm more comments like that and you are on my don't read list.

I suppose that you are more confused.. seem that you know Mike but surely not me Our project is't use CNG or LPG and mix HHO or hydrogen with air (nitrogen 78%) but create new gas NH3/N2O on demand using specified process with an high efficency reactor, that use very new technology process and is completely different from any HHO cell or Plasma cell present on market.
I suggest you, first to reply, to read completely that thread. Regards Alex

Agree, copper is a good catalyst. Some use it for catalytic converter.

How about air and water only, without any hydro carbon, before the piston?

Is there plan to implement it on normal engine?

Maybe before the air filter for better air ionization or after a carburetor like GEET to make a better gasoline air mix. I would be very interested to hear the result even without dyno. I think atleast the exhaust would be odorless.
