I hope this will be a beginning of a stone construct for massive hydroxyl production.
I discover Stanley Meyer System in the middle 2007 and his brother job near one year later. With this second patent, I've been able to take advantages of what happen but do nothing because I'm like Saint-Thomas where he only believe what he is seeing.
Last month, I finally start to buy some material I felt that I was near a light of verity. Three weeks ago, I had more ideas and now I want to make a Stephen Meyer cell. It's the same principle of his brother but steps are dissociated, in my own opinion.
I need to know what is the legacy of we are sure, I mean : How to construct generators, electronic for signals and cell ?
Everybody knows that Stephen Meyer does not answer any question : he done an interesting general interview.
When he asked three times "why snow is white ?", I think he insisted on crystal structure of snow compared to intimate relationship of molecular water which makes them a naturaly vibrate inside themselves. The only concluded things I made is that white color reflect all the waves it can : not only the visible's one regard to spectrography spectre. Confirmed ? A wave can get through water but not in snow which is white and will not reflect the wave. Second, all material engaged is non magnetic. The waves produced to get through water will take advantage of what is called dipolary moment of the molecule which is in every atom and more particulary in sense we've got vibration.
There are 3 symetric modes of molecular water which is not a recent discovered thing but was not knew at Faraday time. Faraday break the molecule directly and Meyers systems in a successive way. Faraday is better because it threat molecular in brute force.
Gas production is on surface. Due to skin effect, charges are tend to the surface to. I think that the ringing process should be configured on that successive exciting process which give 3 frequencies in order of GHz. Ringing is amplified with 2 things on Stephen Meyer system : like synergy until we reach a ringing process which I call resonance too corresponding to latency time of excited molecular to be in phase for the next pulse : I mean phase for its gradualy breaking. When we study stable or unstable balance, we said that it's stable where when moved a little from its state, it tends to get back to that state. For unstable balance, we said that it's unstable if when we moved a little from its state, it tends to move more from that state.
It's not a RLC resonance one which give a optimal current for a particular impedance but a physical one due to the time of molecular water to be in phase with next pulse who reexcite molecular water.
On global energetic report Faraday process is evidently the lower because it simply break with brute force the molecule. Stanley and Stephen Meyer system one should be really high than Faraday energy plus energy of burned hydroxyl but it's the molecule itself that give near all energy.
I never read clearly those concepts in any case study but I think this is done in the molecule before it breaks. After ? Hydrogen and look for another hydrogen and oxygen respectivly, very quickly I suppose, because of nature laws. Reconstruct of molecular in the same time would be really interesting but can not appends without ignition. Temperatures in presence are too low for both hydrogen and oxygen, so it does not happen.
I would like to insist that a magnetic field, like the one made in cells are most intense outside of the conductor who created them. I think that all the reaction is done in the water, not on surface of tubes.
After gaz is produce, it is simply in the electrostatic field so it move, but this is a inherent consequence of the building materials of the apparatus.

Generators : 2 motor alternator to make tri-phased signal.
Correct ?
Electronic : except diodes, I do not suppose it for high power. I want a modulated one to change self and capacitor value on demand connected to a computer for that purpose.
Step by step motor to physically change value of electronics from computer connected via usb.
Any information on electronic pc cards for that particular job is apreciate. Thanks.
Measurement : oscilloscope and multimeter.

Cells : 3 pipes, in sched. norm : 1 of 1" 1/4 in 40S ; 1 of 1" in 10S ; 3/4" in 80S. This let a gap of 0,8 and 0,6 millimeter from outside, middle and inside along each contact surface.
How does I need to prepare this ones. I saw a university link but I'm not able to retrace it : need help. This forum give a method for one electrode if I am correct. Stephen Meyer Patent use indifferently plus and minus for polarity inside and outside. Need to prepare all tube with the same method, need synthetic protocol for make the pipes. Is KOH an obliged way ?
Need to electrolyse pipes to get rid of aluminium on surface at first, I know this.
Does 304 to 4565 is good ? Is there is a prefered Stain Less Steel for Stephen Meyer project ? Does 316L convince ?
Can I have aluminium to rely electric contact of concentric pipes in cell ?
Pipes are given at 6 meters long which will make a 2 foot and 1/2 long : is-it good or bad ? Does some inner, middle or outter pipe can be same size ? Or should be different size ? In what proportion ? 50 mm up and down for each ?
Due to magnetic field produced, we give current at 40 mm in the pipe : right ? Is aluminium convince for conducting ?
