Hey Im currently researching how to build a splitter cell, have some questions if anyone can answer that would be greatly appreciated. So first bill's splitter cell I see there is a link to the membrane matterial 100% ripstop nylon there are 2 differnt types here 1.1 and 1.9 wondering the differences in these 2 uncoated fabrics UNCOATED RIPSTOP ..................... a local company has some ripstop nylon but Im not 100% sure on the specifics of this material. Also as far as the EDPM gasket material I understand it is a pond liner I have found it online but it is 1/16 which is actually .0625....... not .065 like stated in bills copywritten document. Im wondering is this a misprint is it actually 1/16.....0625 not .065
not a big difference but I dont want to build a DUD my first go around that would be slightly discuraging. Other information I am searching is this silkscreen material for membrane is this just silk screen made out of silk or is there more to it???? I understand the silk screen process for shirt design logo's I am assuming that this is the material. Also wondering why shimms are required when using this method with neoprean gaskets. I guess the laser cutter is required because it has to be so accurately cut???? Also I can find 316 type L steal 22G and will most likely build out of this material first run but am looking for titanium MMO coating for anode and cathode at some point as far as titanium I could prolly order online but wondering about the process of this MMO coating is this something done at the manufacturer or something that is put on after buying?

    Any Help would be appreciated

Hi M8 sorry i missed this one.

Okee. Not sure about Bill;s specs there, drop me an email and ill forward and get a CC to Bill my friend. Yes the laser cutting is for accuracy, i dont recommend trying to cut it with out a machine if using silk screen, you could get a leak and mix of the gases. Now never tested the MMO/Ti so dont know how well they will hold up, we are testing a pure TI negative plate dry cell,

I think they have around the same resistance of SS. Never seen how the MMO's hold up , if you can get pure Ti i would go with that.

      Regards
      Ash

          cowboyrx,

Do you have a kit to build a complete cell?

            Hydrogen separation

I've been working on a dry cell, which separates hydrogen from oxygen.
Through the system of alternate gasket, and nylon membranes

            Video: YouTube - ‪Dry Cell Hydrogen puro‬‏

in the list some of the advantages, which I have obtained with your design.
I am currently conducting tests without installing even in my car.
In what I have currently installed that produces HHO dry cell
            This has the following setup, 316 plates 6 "x6" + nnnn-nnnn-nnnn + nnnn-

I hope you look, my video and comment.

Your cell seems to have not enough flow for the gases. I had this with previous designs. You might consider changing the design by making the input at the front and the output at the back of the cell.

If you go to the courses Panacea University - Courses
Then click the Hydroxy course all of the hydrogen (Bills is hydrogen not hydorxy ) PDF's are contained INSIDE THAT COURSE
                  http://www.panaceauniversity.org/Hydroxy%20Boosters.pdf

Any probs let me know, were you just looking for Bil's? What PDF's were you after?

Thanks gassplitter think putting water inlet and exhaust on the front and the back len improved, this because expedite the flow, taking into account.

                          WTF!
                          Patent Pending
The hydrofuelsys Separator Cell is our first to market Hydrogen and Oxygen cell that separates the gasses to 99.9999% purity. It is more efficient and makes all other HHO cells OBSOLETE.
