Look beyond the mysticism generated throughout these forums and your path may become much clearer. May I ask you, what level of voltages are you looking at testing? 50Kv maybe?

I completely agree with you, since Stan even patented 1 or 2 particle accelerators. It would be interesting to see the results if one were to use an electrostatic generator to charge the positive voltage zone. I'm talking at least 50Kv, if not 100Kv or more.

To replicate something is to build it exactly or as close to the original as possible. Which resonant cell are you speaking of exactly? As far as the claimed 5 gallons bit, I don't buy that. It's just another mystified rumor as far as I know. Is there any documentation where Stan states such a claim?

Meyers transformer was not a off the shelf build, it was wound so the magnetic field from the primary "trapped" electrons (very many hours of study was involved to work this out), i have built a transformer to prove this and it does trap current in the secondary, i also have had small amounts of gas production from it. To build the vic is a ***** without a machine shop and if u want to change anything (like the wire size for example) then u have to build the spools again from scratch. It is possible to design something that can make pancake coils so avoiding the spools, but this again needs a machine shop to build and a lot of work in design for a quality winding machine, anybody up for a challenge?

So no meyer did not build a straight forward stepup transformer, his electron inhibitor inductor was a description of what it did in the vic, this is why people are struggling to build it and as far as i am aware to build the other kit u still need a working vic.

Oh and teslaproject, i may not have thought thru the "alter water" thing properly
