      each time produce hydrogen with the reaction aluminum-caustic soda but then recycle the hydrogen produced in the reactor

                      Which electron bands of hydrogen ( WAVELENGTH ) must be excited for dissociation? I'm guessing you're mixing two SPECIFIC frequencies together not just a laser pen from chinamart...be more specific please!

                        Do not know the optimum wavelength but ri can be derived by calculation or by experiment. But we must absolutely use a UV laser pointer because the equipment must be cheap.
                        Sure, Tachion, you can also use oxygen, nitrogen, deuterium depending on the result you want to achieve ...

                          Laser pointer on the market are just a few euro
                          the following wavelengths:

                          405 nm
                          445 nm
                          532 nm
                          650 nm

                              No you need a quartz tube aluminated on the outside and plainted black and only on the sides make one way mirror with aluminum paste and then put a 405nm laser on one side and 650nm laser on the other side.. I guess 200mW will be sufficient have to calculate later.. we also need a circulator and other stuff..
