nitrogen needs twice the energy for dissociation , I was saying maybe use nitrogen or carbon to make other chemical formulas in another chamber using other reaction.

for deuterium we need even lower frequency in the ~80nm and ~480nm

If we had a bond of a gas with oxygen we could use strong magnetic field and UV to dissociate this bond later with minimal energy.

Possibly we seperate carbon from oxygen and gain energy from O2 recombination but NEED to test.. CO2 -> C+O+O -> C+O2.

laser is not for heating water tank.. maybe we can try water vapour but there will be some diffusion inside chamber, lasers are 40$ anyone care to make a donation ?

certenly not at home...
