Heya Ash. Thanks for posting this.
I really don't want to speculate, however that gas flow doesn't really apprear to be what 4 LPMs should look like to me. I have watched 1.5 LPM flow at about the same rate of bubble production. :P
This could be cleared up with a meter or even a cheap plastic 4Litre bottle test. I'm not denying that is 4LPMs but with a claim such as that, they should be very ready to provide an accurate measurement. The fact that it is straight up 4 LPMs without fraction is not suggestive of accuracy. :P
They are doing something right if indeed they are getting 4LPMs using un-pulsed or gated current straight off of a battery charger. It would all have to be based completely on physical plate arrangement and cell design.
I have a message pending on their video and i'm currently searching for a company that can sell me a gas float ball style LPM meter for my own tests. I'll post the link here and for them on their video if and when i find one.
Thanks Ash.

Hi Darcy/ALL
Good points my friend, here is a video describing exactly what you said
What Does 1 Liter Per Minute of HHO Look Like? - YouTube
He uses some proprietary electrolyte and you sign an NDA with it, i might give him a call and see if he can test his rig , but dont think its really a priority,, i highly doubt he is putting out that gas, plus he is not splitting the gases like Bill and Reg so not every one can use this.
Specially developed Propriety Brand Electrolyte Powder inceases output and stability of electrolytic plates.Secret Ingredient added after 3 days of electrolytic etching makes the Stainless steel electrodes almost innert to corrosion - release of Ingrediant requires buyer to sign a "non disclosure" agreement and return to patent owner

If this is genuine then he is making a pig’s ear of his marketing! He has had plenty of time to put up a gauge of his output even using an old Coles fruit juice bottle - but even then that aint zactly written in stone.
He makes no mention of doctoring his ECM. In which case the figures shown by the Scanguage2 are particularly interesting. Convenient as it may be it seems hardly positive to have the “electrics” in the roof of the container
Any serious customer situated in Perth can drop by and expect reasonable proof taking their own Coles Fruit bottle/ measuring device with them. If I was in the Perth area I would certainly drop by - if only for entertainment - as against wind surfing at Pelican Point.
Is he a 4x genius just waiting to be shown the light and guided onto the true path or just another understudying Fast Freddy et al?

After hundreds of hours of experimenting with HHO, I would put that production at no more than 1.5 - 1.8l per minute. Main reason being there is a stream of individual bubbles. 4 - 5 litres per minute is a violent boil. In my Delvis11 inspired HHO unit, 63 plate, 110v, I get about 4 litres per minute. If I were to produce 4l/min in that little bottle, there would be virtually no electrolyte solution visible above the feed tube, it'd be a boil of numerous large bubbles, constantly. Furthermore, it'd be stupid... in such a small bottle, at any given second, there could form a gaseous "chasm", a direct HHO route from surface to feed tube, which would mean a flashback could travel directly to the electrolyser and blow it up. My bubbler for 4l/min is approximately 10 times that size, which may be overkill, but you wouldn't catch me dead using that little bubbler on 4l/min...or... maybe you would.----------------------------------------------------

Has anyone seen my Bedini Ceiling Fan that pushes the warm air down, and charges batteries as an added bonus? Me neither. 'Bout time I made one!!!!! :P
