Three videos were posted today on YouTube which are stated as being never previously released, and to the best of my recollection I can't remember seeing these before. The first two are each around 30 minutes in length, and the 3rd is about 4 minutes. The first video is the most interesting one because it shows Stan bench testing his electronics for the dune buggy installation and explaining what he is doing. About 20 minutes into this video you see the electronic components installed in the dune buggy and the engine is running and revs up nicely as Stan makes some tweaks on one of the controller cards. Close to the end, at about 29 minutes elapsed time, we see Stan back at the bench and explaining how he uses audible frequencies to scan the water fuel cell to determine a resonance point, at which time the system will lock onto that frequency. The second video is also interesting, but the sound is missing through much of it, and the 3rd video just shows a few components sitting on a tabletop, not focused well, and with no sound.

I have read a bit about Mr Meyer's method, (using resonance to weaken the bond etc), and I was reading one of Walter Russell's books last night, and think I made a connection!
It seems like the method Russell talked about is the same as Meyers!"It's all in the MIND"

new thread
StweenyA,
Feel free to start a thread on Russell's work.
There are no real rules on starting threads but it is preferable that anyone
that does at least search first to see if there is an appropriate thread
on the topic already.
If not, go for it. I haven't seen anyone here discuss Russell's work in
relation to weakening bonds in water molecules.Sincerely,
Aaron Murakami

I think a thread on Russell would be great. He has some amazing insights. Many of which are related to this topic.
These new videos are great too. Good to see how the theory was made practical with respect to the individual parts and circuit testing. Very interesting.
