Hi Aaron, Have you ever had the chance to try Tesla's pancake type bifilar coil with your setup? was curious if you have.

SUPPOSEDLY, the 'flat type coil' is substantially different than just a REGULAR bifilar coil.

    United States Patent Number 512,340
    COIL FOR ELECTROMAGNETS
    Nikola Tesla, Inventor

""Figure 1 is a standard pancake coil (many Tesla coil builders are familiar with this style). Figure 2 is a bifilar coil, the crux of the patent is where Tesla winds a dual wire and then connects the ends in a series (an interesting experiment for coil builders).
Tesla explains that a standard coil of 1000 turns with a potential of 100 volts across it will have a difference of .1 volt between turns. A similar bifilar coil will have a potential of 50 volts between turns. In that the stored energy is a function of the square of the voltages, the energy in the bifilar will be 502/.12 = 2500/.01 = 250,000 times greater than the standard coil""

      Hi Kenny,

The coil connecting configuration like that to my understanding will definitely boost the capacitance of a coil, but the wfc is already the capacitance we need.

the basic goal of this whole wfc deal is to hit tubes with voltage potential. that is about it. without current. just hit the tubes with very high voltage potential from power source through the bifilar chokes to the wfc.

the annodes need insulation on the outside, the inner tube needs plenty of conditioning and the EEC circuit may be very necessary to prevent recombination of the gases.

I have to focus on PATHS so I don't have as much time right now as I like to work on this project but the patent and especially tech brief clearly points out what is happening.

Meyer used delrin to encase each inner/outer tube setup. with openings at top and bottom. this locks in the charge of the water capacitor, which isn't the whole cell but each individual inner/outer tube setup is a capacitor. the annode (positive tube) needs to have it's outside insulated.

        • i know that he also was using LED configurations towards the end there, he called it a laser, but to my understanding they were a group of LED's.

what is your take on that?

          • led laser

They were red led's. Laser was synonymous with LED's when LED's were still not in wide use. When I was in junior high, I bought a kit that was a "Laser Simulation"...all it was was a red led shining through a lens. LOL He shined this light into slots in the outer tubes. Later he focused the light through fiber optics.

that has confused me ever since i started reading about zero point energy.

Didn't Stan use permanent magnets to aid in resolving this issue? the recombining of gases issue.
                  Thought I heard that somewhere.

                  • magnetic fields and gases

                    Hi Kenny,

Not sure. But the wires are mounted at bottom of tubes so that gas won't be affected by emissions from the wires.

Also, magnetic fields can actually increase the hydrogen bonding strength.

There are ways to influence the gases with magnetic coils in regards to so-called orthohydrogen and parahydrogen changing the burn rate.

Hi Aaron. Yes the magnetic fields have to be oriented properly.
I heard somewhere that perm magnets were used before and after
                      1. before to help the efficiency of breaking the covalent bonding (alignment) and,
                      2. after to help prevent the recombiing of gases.

It's been a while, I'll try and find the info.

                      • magnet wire?

I am from Australia, and here we just call "magnet wire" "enamelled copper wire". So if anyone else got stuck trying to find magnet wire, it is just normal enammelled copper wire. Americans call it magnet wire because it will turn a steel bar into a magnet when you wind it around it.

                        thanks

Am I right by saying that for purposes of conditoning the tubes, one should NOT use distilled water but plain tap water?
Can you recommend any chemical that one could add to the water to promote faster conditioning?

                          • calcium hydroxide

                            Passion1,

For conditioning, my personal experience is that the more white powder on the tubes, the better the gas production for the same input. So, if you do want the coating to happen, I would use tap water. Supposedly this doesn't happen with distilled water because of the lack of minerals.

I was going to use calcium hydroxide (lime, hydrated lime, slaked lime) all same thing and you can probably find it in any hardware store. Also found that it is known as kalkwasser powder in fish/aquarium stores for calcium source for sea life. In pet stores it is probably about $8 per pound.

I mentioned this to someone in a skype chat and he used this stuff since he has aquarium and sounds like he used quite a bit and got the best gas production he ever got. It will act as a very effective electrolyte so it will be more difficult to reduce amps, but the amps is what seems to be a good way to condition. also the calcium built up unevenly and bulked up in some places. I would imagine using smaller than normal amounts would be better.

I haven't used the calcium hydroxide myself but this is what he told me about his experience. Each time he turned it on, the gas production got better and better. Of course this isn't the voltage potential method but rather straight high amps brown's gas method.
                            Sincerely,
                            Aaron Murakami

Aaron, any idea of what exposing the ambient ionized air in stans model was actually supposed to do? I believe it was to the ambient and not to the actual water in the WFC, correct?

                                Hi Redmeanie,

I'm not sure about the ambient air.

I know that according to Stan's info, he had slots in the outer tubes so red led's could be shined into the water through the slots.

In later times, he had the stacked cavities where mostly just the gas would go up and he had the red led's and eec increasing the potential in the gas more and more as it went up through each cavity.

I'm not sure if that is what you're referring to, but that is the 2 cases where I found he says he used red LED's.
                                Sincerely,
