I do not have a regular sleep schedule. I work nights and I sleep depending on when I have the chance. I put some times in because I had to, but there is no way I can sleep during those hours every day. Also, there are days that I have to wake up, do some things, and then go back to sleep for an hour or two. I don't know how the sleep cycle stuff is going to affect me. Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you.
