Frustrated

I've tried to edit my profile and customize it using both Internet Explorer and Firefox and I get the same error everytime and it does not save my changes. This is what it says:

Warning: mkdir(/home/esmforum/public_html/z/user/2/4/) [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /z/includes/profile_file.class.php on line 76

Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: Stat failed for /home/esmforum/public_html/z/user/2/4/ (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in /z/includes/profile_file.class.php on line 63

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/esmforum/public_html/includes/class_core.php:3036) in /z/includes/functions.php on line 103

I've tried this with ME and XP with Service Pack 2. Anyone have any suggestions?

editing error in profile for zoints

Hi Ann,

What exactly were you trying to do? I never saw those errors. Are you on Skype?

I was using the Style Editor to change the colors and fonts, etc. I could make any changes I wanted, but when I go to save the changes, that error comes up every time.

No, I'm not on Skype.
