Thank you for all of the information so farI am replicating Don Smith briefcase device.
Here is what I have so far.
Input to the left is a color PC monitor.
Output is a couple of KV with little current.
Dual spark gap with magnet quench
Ordered 600 v silicon carbide diodes with zero (?) delay.
Resonates around 15 Mhz.
If anyone has some sage advice, I welcome it.
