        Hi Heather,

        You can watch the modules unlimited without any adverse affects. The analogy I would use is that what the mind is retaining is like a glass of water. You can fill it to the top and whatever isn't able to be utilized will run over the glass and the glass is just fine.

        Each person has their own amino acid requirement. Whatever that is doesn't really have to be increased (taking more spirulina) if you keep watching the modules over and over....the mind/brain processing will still roughly be the same in regards to amino need.

        From my experience working with quite a few people using PATHS and with my own experience, I'd take a minimum of around 4 grams a day and at the max that anyone seems to need is 10-12 grams a day. If you take the lower recommended amount and you feel fine on an ongoing basis, you probably don't need more.

        The main indicator if you need more or not is if you really feel tired in the head or irritable after a few days.

        Basically, once you find the level you need, you can watch PATHS as many times as you want and you don't have to take more and more spirulina each time you watch it. I just wanted to point that out in case you thought you had to.
