        Hi Matt,

        Welcome to the Energetic Forum!

        I'm one of the moderators - there are so many people joining that it takes time to keep up with the manual approvals to weed out known spammers. Everyone says the wait is worth it!

        It usually doesn't take 3 weeks - usually a few days but when some youtube vid, article or something else starts making its rounds, a lot of people sign up at once.

        Anyway, welcome again!
