Hi, I'm Heather

I am Heather from Ames, Iowa. I have had quite a life journey thus far. I grew up with much trauma with a very sick alcoholic father. He is in recovery and so am I. I have had so many blessings in healing and transformation and life just keeps getting better and better. I have experienced and practiced a variety of modalities that help get me connected to SPIRIT, FORCE, FIELD, Higher Power...whatever you want to call it. My most recent gift has been working with my yoga instructor who has just recently come back from Matrix Energetics level I and II seminars. It has left me wanting more. It is an amazing way to transform lives. I went online to find more information about ME and am signed up for the July 10-12 Level I ME seminar. I found the ME threads on this site very informative and validating. Are any of you going to be at the ME Seminar in Minneapolis?

I am also into ME although I am totally self taught. Well Kind of... Stephen gave me one lesson over MSN and I have been off and running. I plan to someday go to a seminar, but it will be a west coast seminar or maybe a Hawaii seminar. I am in California. My furniture and rest of my life should be catching up to me soon, but are currently residing in Washington State... Middle of moving back home to Calif.
