New in FL

Hi, all! I'm a new member in Central Florida. Ummm....not really sure what to say about myself here. I'm a young(ish) mom of 2 boys, and I'm in a longterm committed relationship with my really great boyfriend. We've had a bit of a rough patch lately, and in the interest of keeping my relationship healthy and happy, I'm exploring more of my boyfriend's interests, which fortunately are mine as well, just ones I've never explored too deeply. I've always wondered about alternative energy and fuels and such, but there's so much info out there it's hard to know where to start, and depending on where you go, you could get info that is biased one way or the other, which is, of course, no help at all. So, I thought this might be a good place to start. I could see what all the various options are, and read through the debates, seeing (hopefully) a more completely picture of both sides of any argument regarding the various choices. And eventually, as I learn more, not only will I add my own thoughts here and there on this forum, but my boyfriend and I will be better off as well.

Can't wait to start getting to know some people in here!
