Hello to energeticforum,
My name is Ralph E. Lortie aka rlortie. 71 years of age and a retired Mechanical Engineer from the US Army Corps of Engineers. I also am acknowledge in structural and electrical fields.
I have been chasing over-unity since the age of 17 (1957) having been introduced to basic electronics and magnets while schooling in the US Navy as a Fire Control operator. Learning about radar transmitting-receiving, magnets and the ins and outs of what there is to know about Ohms Law and all that goes with it.
In or about the year 2000, I started a more serious approach to combining gravity to assist magnetism, both being considered 'conservative' forces, if you cannot lick them join them. I now have gone strictly 'gravity' and the pursuit of rediscovering the workings of Johann Bessler.
In 2009 I went public after being recommended by word of mouth as the person to contact for need of assistance with gravity wheel designs.
I formed and registered the organization known as 'Arrache' http://www.arrache.org/
Since my retirement in 2002 I devote the better part of my time in my own machine and carpenter shop building unique or questionable designs for people with the idea but not the resources, skills or aptitude to build themselves.
Recognized by PESwiki and 10 other energy related forums (charter member to some) and being acquainted with people way before Bill Gates and 3.1, I feel as old as energy saving fur-lined bath tubs to keep the water warm.
