Hello everyone!
Um... Introductions have always been a bother for me, I'm the kind of guy who goes to a party and stands in the corner, so here goes nada.
I'm an uber nerd and amateur science hobbyist with an Associate's Degree in graphic design (focused on internet applications but spanning all else). 26 years old, male, living in Colorado and currently trying to get off-grid using less conventional means (I'm avoiding solar, I'm not exactly a millionare).
I'm a quick learner, an optical filter technician and general grunt at Ravenbrick LLC., and I'm hoping to work up the nerve to apply for Mensa just because.
I have a thread over at the alternative energy forum that I'm hoping will get a response regarding an Earth Battery system I'm hoping to cultivate.
I love all things science and technology! I'm really not into the spiritual or metaphysical. I never "flame" on the internet, there's a couple billion users out there who can take care of that for me while I do more important stuff. I appreciate the arts, enjoy musicians like E.S. Posthumus, Emilie Autumn, Disturbed and Eric Marienthal (eclectic, eh?).
Well, I think that about covers it, I have faith it'll be asked of me if I've left anything out. Nice meeting y'all!
