I'm not great at introducing myself (on any level), so I'll just throw it all out there for you to pick up what you will...
Originally I'm from southern Missouri, but now I live in Kentucky. I turned 29 this year, never been married and do not have any kids and still can't decide what I want to be when I "grow up". I spent some time in the military (Infantry), did my thing, got out and tried moving on with my life.
Unfortunately, I feel like I'm caught in a stand-still.
I love learning as much as I can, but can't stand being lied to or being taught someone else's opinion in the form of a fact - I want to know if something is unknown so I can move forward to finding it out for sure. I enjoy Psychology, Philosophy, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Genetics and Filmography (I'm terrible at Math but truly respect it).
I'm one nasty political agenda away from total paranoia and sometimes swear that I'm going crazy.
I love the idea of being self-sufficient and making my own electricity and growing/hunting my own food (that's part of the reason I'm here).
I'm just now going to college for the first time in my life (starting tomorrow, 05/10/2011) through online classes and have set my major for Psychology, emphasizing in marriage counseling (though I've never been married, it's disheartening to see folks marry and divorce on a whim, and give no mind to the bond in their vows they make to each other. I've always been of the opinion, if someone can't be trusted for keeping their word, they can't be trusted at all). I understand marriage can be demanding, so I think the decision to engage should be even more so.
I try to be as open as possible, but if there's something I don't feel comfortable discussing I'll respectfully let it be known.
If anyone has any questions for me - personal or otherwise - feel free to ask. I will.
Have a nice day!
