The "Energy" I can feel and see

I just joined this forum to explain a phenomena which I experience on a daily basis with the hope of getting some useful feedback or whatever.

I will describe briefly and give more information if required.

I can feel and manipulate with my mind what I call an electro magnetic field around my face and head especially around my forehead. I call it this because I seems to move in a wave pattern, like letting a bed sheet drop slowly to your bed after unfolding it in the air and I can feel it and manipulate it with my mind. I can even pinch it with my fingers and feel a magnetic pull as I pull it away from my face, and I do need a little concentration to do this but it feels magnetic, and also when I put my palm in front of my forehead I get this magnetic pull when I use my concentration
and a push effect as well if I so desire.

I also get random tingling effects and it's like when something like a spider falls on your hair or something like that, except most of the time it's not this.

Also all of what I descrribe is often accompanied by a visual effect from the 3rd eyes hard to explain but I can kind of see it as well at times, like a flash of white light , transparent white light for example.

I won't say anymore for now, but just thought I would throw it out there in this forum to see for useful replies,

I can't say I have ever experienced anything like that, Can you manifest anything that is tangible to others to witness or measure as this will define if it is a real effect or just a feeling?

If you can, then I am sure the world would want to know.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The one way I can think of is if maybe I can video myself when I am in bed where sometimes this energy hits the pillow/bedsheets next to my head as I am lying down to sleep. It's not easy to do on purpose but once it happens I can start to manipulate it and I can hear and feel it hit the bed next to me, I am just not sure how a camera will pick up on this, maybe with audio as well.

I don't have a camera good enough for this right now, except my brother has a mobile phone which from what I see can record easily up to 15 mins or half an hour before the battery goes so I might try with this tonight maybe, eventhough from experience it can be very painful (by painful I mean very frustrating and difficult lol) trying to get this "energetic effect" to work by forcing it, it's better to happen by itself and it's been a while, But I am very confident it will happen again, so maybe lol

I am not afraid of scrutiny and know it's useless if not proven to others, so yeah it's about time to try and test it in some kind of scientific ways.
