I cannot recall the exact page, but it was in a pseudo-TPU discussion, where you pulse into 2 coils with VERY fast and tight switching, one coil wound in a 45deg pattern around the other.

Physical cooling is a damn good indicator of something weird going on, don't you think?
I wish someone had a FLIR gun when Bedini presented his Kromrey converter at the conference 2 years back.
I'd imagine it is something like this effect, except the heat(current) goes into the load, and the cold(depletion) goes to the drive magnets/coils.
