I was awake that night watching television. Funny thing earlier that night I was outside watching the sky for a moment thinking of being form other planets and wanting to meet em and such. But anyhow later that night around midnight a light lit up the sky for a couple seconds, it didn't last long. I saw light everywhere. It was like day so to speak. It went from night to everything being lit up. At first I thought it was spotlighters that I saw earlier that night driving around looking into the fields. But as I was thinking about that in my mind I realised it couldn't of been that because of how much light there was and because there weren't shadows where there would of been if it was a spotlight. Not to mention it would take a tremendous amounts of spotlights of enormous size to create that light. Then the next day in the papers and on the tounge of others they were saying meteor. And the first thing I was thinking, was could it of been a cover up?

I haven't read that newspaper article but now I'm gonna have to cus while skimming it I saw the word nuclear. I also saw it in the first youtube vids comments so I suppose I should read it now.

I'd have to say that I don't find the article to be all that believable in regard to the "life and death battle" that is supposedly taking place between Obama and the Federal Reserve. That doesn't make any sense if you consider the fact that Obama appointed Tim Geithner, former chairman of the NY Federal Reserve to head the Treasury department. If you want to do battle with the Fed, you don't appoint them to take over the Treasury and give them sole discretion to dole out hundreds of billions of TARP money to their cronies, do you? Just doesn't make sense to me, and neither does the assertion that whatever happened had anything to do with the House panel voting to audit the Fed. Congress doesn't much care if someone nukes the Denver airport, because they have their own special place to go to nearby in the event of an attack. There definitely is a lot of strangeness regarding the Denver airport, though, and from what I understand there are at least 20 below ground levels there with ultra high security. Perhaps that's the home base of the shadow government.

Some of what the article reports is verifiably true, though, including the fact that there is growing animosity between Congress and Tim Geithner, and that he may very well be forced to resign soon.

Thanks for the topic, i seen a clip on the news the other day while a was leaving and forgot to look this up. The footage is amazing.

I think someone has a creative imagination however, if a nuclear weapon exploded mid-air there would be radiation fallout. The city would be evacuated. if the explosion didnt initiate the nuclear reaction, the explosion wouldnt have light up the whole city.

IMO, It was a meteor.

Rick's point about Obama fighting the federal reserve was the thing that stuck out for me as being goofy. Citibank and other banking interests funded his campaign and he isn't going to bite the hand that feeds him. (Some of the same ones that ALSO funded McCain)

Anyway, a nuke can be shot down without it having to detonate. I don't know if this can be selective or just by chance.

The video clips look like a meteor - there's quite a bit on youtube. I checked some Russian military sites online (that are in English) and have found no reference to them releasing this claim and again on spaceweather.com, which by the way is a really awesome site...didn't see a pic anywhere in the non-members section. The site is a paid membership site...at least it used to be way back.

When I read that article I too was thinking, whaaaat? I didn't wanna say anything though cus I don't follow the news so much. But it didn't sound right to me that the current president was fighting the very systems that chooses the president. I don't know when it happened but as of late all of the presidents are "bought", I don't believe that one can be elected by this system that is for the people. They are all chosen beforehand and then the people think they are choosing a pres., but in reality the pres has been chosen long before the election.

Also I was wanting to say that it was a pale blue color and it lit up everything. It was cool to say the least. I thought it was perhaps beings from another area cus I was thinking about em earlier that night while gazing at the stars.

When I heard the news it was a metoer though I did think cover up. I just don't believe the first thing that media tells us. I like to question it first instead of just accept it. Actually what I was afraid of was that I was willing friends from another space here and on their arrival they were knocked from the sky. That would be sad if true. Hopefully twas just a meteor, but I'll never accept the first thing spoon fed to me. I've seen too much confirmation of those spoon feedings to be nothing but poison.
