Can you watch Paths Theater daily?

As you can tell....I am new. Is there any harm or benifit from watching your Paths Theater daily?

There is no harm, you can't watch it too much.

Although it is designed so that you don't need to watch it more than once a week, it is possible that watching it more often helps your conscious mind and may increase or speed up benefits.

Lots of people watch theirs more than once a week

Thank you for the reply, Jessica! Maybe I am being impatient.

I do notice a feeling of well being since beginning a week ago and my sleep seems to be deeper but I still wake up many times after midnight. I would love to sleep the whole night through. I am on the #3 sleep booster module because of years of sleep problems. I am 65 and other friends my age don't sleep that great either. Maybe comes with age.

There is also the 4th sleep level, which may be useful. It isn't for everyone - I had used it once and after I woke up, I was groggy until late afternoon.

Aaron, I did email Paths at [email protected] the day before yesterday but there has been no reply. I emailed them again yesterday early evening thinking maybe my email got lost in cyber-space. No reply from Paths as of yet.

I read the information on sleep Kevin, and it was very informative, thank you for posting.

I do take (2) two pharmaceutical grade dual-release melatonin tablets 30 minutes before bed. Solanova Dual-Release Melatonin is formulated so that 1.5 mg per tablet releases immediately and 1.5mg per tablet releases over a 6 to 8 hour period.

I often find myself dreading, or a little fearful of going to bed because sometimes when I wake up in the early morning I can not go back to sleep. I kid my wife at bedtime sometimes and say "well, I am heading to the torture chamber."

I suffered from sleep issues-

Not being able to fall asleep

Waking up after a few hours and not being able to go back to sleep

Resulting in extreme tiredness the next day-

FOR DECADES!

This issue was one of the main reasons I was initially attracted to PATHS.

I found that the combination of PATHS and Melatonin have fixed this lifelong issue for me. It has now been close to three years since I have been sleeping well.

The one thing I learned about melatonin is that NOT ALL BRANDS ARE GOOD.

I do not know about the Solanova brand. I do know that the Natrol brand has worked well for me for the last few years.

I ALSO KNOW THAT 3 mg IS NOT BE ENOUGH FOR ME. I take 10 mg a night at bedtime...sometimes (very rarely) I take another 10 mg during the night.

There are many studies showing this supplement to be VERY SAFE with no negative side effects. Here is some relevant data:

Melatonin is one of the least toxic substances known. People have taken as much as 6 grams (600 to 3000 times the normal dosage) of the substance in carefully monitored studies with no sign of toxicity. Only four complaints regarding melatonin have been report to the FDA (USA's Food and Drug Administration). The only consistent side effect of high doses has been drowsiness and a slower reaction time. In the most extensive clinical trial to date a high dose of 75 milligrams of melatonin per day was given to 1400 women in the Netherlands for up to four years with no ill effects. The FDA reports that in the more than two years melatonin has been available for sale over-the-counter in the United States, no alarming side effects have been reported.

If I were you I would experiment with the different PATHS Sleep Modules AND I would up the amount of Melatonin and see if that did the trick...if it doesn't then try a different brand.

Thanks for the information Kevin. Do you take the time-release melatonin or does the Natrol brand offer time or dual release? I will up my dosage tonight and see how it goes. I had a terrible night sleep last night and woke up every 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours all night after 11:30 PM.

The dual-release Solanova brand is pharmaceutical grade but I don't know if another brand may make a better pharmaceutical grade? I don't know, but I don't mind trying another brand if there is a chance it will help.

I just tried it and not only did I get a headache but it made me more awake! I've had similar reactions to other herbal remedies where I've had a crashing headache so maybe I'm just a bit strange! Would be interested to hear of any other experiences. Thanks.

Nothing on the Natrol bottle indicates timed release. I did read on the Solanova site how "the majority of Melatonin pills sold in health food stores peak after just 20 minutes, which means you could find yourself wide awake in the middle of the night."

That has NOT been my experience with Natrol. I have experimented with it and if I take 25 mg at 2am, I will still feel a bit drowsy at 10am. So that tells me that the effect is lasting at least 8 hours.

The Natrol brand also has B-6 and Calcium in it.

I had never heard of it before, but from visiting their website I would guess you may have experienced a bit of a detox effect from the Asphalia. This could have resulted in a headache. I do not know that to be fact...just a guess.

Melatonin is what the body needs to sleep well. Most bodies produce enough melatonin to do that. PATHS Sleep module encourages the body to produce the appropriate amount of melatonin (among other things).

However, some of us just do not produce enough melatonin, thus the need for melatonin supplementation.

That is great! My experience has been that a combination of enough melatonin and the PATHS Deep Sleep Module is perfect for me.

I have one Customer that had not slept well in years, UNTIL he started using the deepest PATHS Sleep Module AND Melatonin. Neither one did it for him alone, it was the combination that worked for him.

I personally am with Aaron, the deepest (#4) Sleep Module is too much for me...but it is right for some people.
