Just to quickly add, I also enjoyed the visuals of the chakra's on part 3, the description of the feeling of the 3rd eye is exactly how it felt during my Reiki 1attunement with MoxieMags! Now I am learning Reiki 2, seeing how meditating will fit in with this is really great to see. Amazing. Every day seems something big and new comes to light (I can also see where I was not doing it quite right)
