Frequency in Alexkor charger

Hi All

I have made two alexkor battery charging system circuits on chapter 6, pag29-2SC3552 and pag26-IRF510 (http://www.free-energy-info.com/Chapter6.pdf).

The first works well, i used 3 transistors.

But the 555-IRF510 model does not work very well. I played around with the frequency in the Multisim11.
I noticed a difference in the frequency:
With resistor 39.16K = 27.44 kHz
With resistor 30.16K = 35.32 Khz

May be a mistake?
