Hi Duncan, great post, there are indeed many things going on that is quite disturbing. When once discovered, it feels terrible to imagine that one should stick one's head in the sand and forget about it. I somewhere feel myself that that's what I suggest, or at least that it's an not entirely wrong interpretation. Whet else than that could support the PTB more?

Well. According to mr Russell we have the wrong interpretation of positive and negative force, as two equally corresponding forces. We see the symbol for yin and yang as a balanced universe. But the symbol are not an interpretation of the universal state, it is a picture of a frozen moment where the sinus wave hits 'zero' and changes polarity in the 'AC' wave of expansion and contraption. Negative is no charge, it is discharge and dilution.

One way of putting it is like David Icke's reptilians, that drinks our fear like Cola. That way of looking at things releases more Cola from our system, which the reptile can feed from. The metaphore of reptilians speeks directly to our belief system, to that TV serie we once watched perhaps. The metaphore become reality in our belief. Even more fear can then be released. By exposing the metaphore of reptilians, the reptilians are served. By exposing the 9/11 'true story' the thought behind that action are served.

Another way of putting it (like Walter Russell) is that positive attract positive and then gets rid of negative, while negative discharge everything that will interact with it, anything that will react to it's action. The purpose of negative is to discharge everything and spread it as far apart as it can. It has no charge, no will to be 'last man standing' because it's purpose is to get rid of itself too, just as everything else. When there's no more positivity to discharge, it's purpose are fulfilled and negativity can cease to exist. This is not evil. This is a necessary counterpart to positivitys ambition to create a 'black hole' by attracting and collecting all charge into one spot. Charge and discharge in combination has a purpose. The one who take action in any given moment controls the outcome of the combined polarities.

There are high and low charge, and different charge levels over or under the zero meridian. A negative action with small impact can only discharge as much, before it gets squeezed off or get it's polarity turned around and intergrates with the charge. A small positive action can get totally drained from a larger discharging potential, turned over into negative polarity and scattered all over the place. A small negative action still has some charge to it, below the meridian but not entirely discharged. A stronger negative potential will have no problem discharging the last energy out of that action and overrun the small negative action in an even more negative reaction. The 'good/bad' potential is determined from the relativeness of the action, not from which side of the meridian it emanates from.

Examples:

A 'good' person are in a money crush. A friends helps him out, without demands of interest or any return. Good attracts even more good energy, charge attracts charge.

A 'good' person are in a money crush and take a loan from a local mobster. Demands on return keeps changing and raises for each time they meet. The good person will never get out of debt, and may have to do 'bad' things to please the negative polarity. Charge gets discharged and scattered.

A car thief get in touch with the mob in order to have 'rights' to work in the area. The car thief gets pulled in and have to do more and more advanced crimes. There's no way of quitting. Small negativity gets even more discharged by greater negativity.

This is very hands-on examples but the mechanisms are there to see.
A plane fly into a building. People get scared. Reaction and discharge. Some of them discover that it was done by people they should have been able to trust. Reaction and discharge. What's next? To fight the wrong-doers by exposing them? More reaction and discharge.

Negativity discharges anything, good or bad, it makes no difference. If theres potential, it equals it out and spread it by the wind. When all potential is gone, it will desintegrate itself, that is it's ultimate goal.

We are individuals in this world together, managers of our own potential and charge. We can observe each and everyones action, but we have a choice how to react to those actions. If something very bad happens, are we willing to lend our charge to the discharging force? If something very good happens, will we boost that charge with our own charge? What are the initiatives to action that we make on our own, and where do they take us?

Imagine a negative action that recieves no attention whatsoever from higher charged entities. Action must have a reaction. Reaction can then only come from 'deeper realms' of lower energy states that will drain the little potential there is from the negative action that got no reaction from 'above'. The 'beast' consumes itself, drinking it's own Cola.

There is no 'beast' of course. The negative force is the force that prevents us from collapsing into a black hole of everlasting cozyness and boredom. It has a purpose. It have no interest other than divide and conquer, even at it's own expense. It's our duty, as being the charged ones, to balance the forces into a state which we prefer. That is done only by positive action that attract reaction from other positive charge. Everytime we play the game the negative force has set up, every time we go to war to 'defend' something, we are counterproductive to the positive charge. Keep doing good things, stop reacting to bad things. Prevent them from happen by being proactive and never give notice to when you failed to prevent the bad thing, as it will discharge you. If you must deal with negative invasive action do it by taking new initiative, create a new action that will alter the settings and leave the negative action standing alone.

Unless one prefer to be discharged and spread by the wind of course. In that case we thank you from preventing us others from becoming a cozy singularity. More fun this way, in this world of possibility, materia and wonders.

The second division is made up of the artisans and those who labor both with mind and hand. They are the brown men of the Indian myth. They buy, sell, and exchange. To their basic dullness has been added a certain cunning and some intelligence. Having a mind, they control the mindless. They are the petty shopkeepers and those of a similar class who are gradually exchanging the labor of the hand for the labor of the head. Not having the mental organism with which to reason, they fill the places of worship where thinking is done for them. They are the ones who allow their clergy to decide all spiritual problems for them, feeling themselves incapable of assuming the onus of heavy thinking. As a result, their ideas of eternity are rather abstract and their credulity is utilized as a commercial asset by certain types of minds who consider it legitimate to capitalize on the ignorance of others.

The third class is made up of the scientists. With microscope, telescope, and other apparatus still more complex, they attack the boundary lines of the known and wage war upon the limitless chaos. Those who wage war in the cause of science are mostly concrete thinkers who follow as far as their instruments will lead them and then must wait for instruments still more powerful. Most of these minds are atheistic or at least agnostic - that is, of course, unless they have two standards, one to last six days in the laboratory and the other to be assumed Sunday morning in church. The miracles of theology are incapable of chemical analysis and are consequently taken cum grano salis by the scientific world. Therefore the controversy between science and theology is bequeathed as a legacy to have and to hold upon that helpless posterity who come into the world to inherit the debate.

The fourth and highest group embraces philosophers, musicians, and artists, all living in an abstract mental world surrounded by dreams and visions wholly unrecognizable by the other types. They have reached beyond the world of academic education to the world of creative idealism, which is at present the highest function of the human mind. This world is the dwelling place of genius, of invention, and of the things which lower mentalities can only accept but never analyze. Religiously, these minds are deistic. Most of them are monotheists - believers in one God. Many of them are mystics or occultists, and, although possibly not yet sufficiently advanced to recognize their doctrines, yet belong to that finer type of mind capable of piercing the veil which divides the shadow from the substance.

What aggravates me the most about our society at its present level is "Work" or a "Job". People work their entire lives to never own anything, they basically rent their life. This zombie-like performace to this day amazes me! It's based on Energy bills: Gas, phone, electric, etc..

Our race built pyramids that even now we cant achieve. We were advanced in our way of thinking by 100 fold than that of a group of the smartest scientists today. What pisses me off about some inventors is that they keep their secrets to their self, try to market them, sell the patents and seal their lips or they get killed. Every big leap has be subdued due to ones ignorance for monetary riches, Every Time!! If Tesla was such a humanitarian he would have never worked for Jp morgan, one of the biggest tyrants of all time. Crowd funding would have easily helped fund his projects and we would all be energy Independent now.

With propaganda being force-fed and banks lending money they just print, this country is on its final and last leg. Our dollar is printed and distributed by the same people, LMAO and people say this is ok

We are in the Midst of a Financial collapse, countries are rising up against their financial institutions. I think the same as you about this! The wrong deeds that make us feel bad and wanting to react against it, is the invitation to participate in the work of the dividing force. It is not evil really, it is dividing. From our ideas of morale, we might interpret it as evil.

The hard bit is to raise above reaction, to take actions that isn't an answer to our feelings about the things that disturb us. To take action that makes us become the change we want to see.

From a distance, in the eyes of someone who is very angry about the foul things that happen, such action might appear as 'wilful ignorance' because it has nothing to do with the main problem. That's the whole point, it isn't a reaction, it is a new action and a new 'power game' setup that unites positive force.

If strong foul action isn't met by weaker positive reaction which it can discharge, it still will have a reaction but then it must come from somewhere lower, from something that will discharge the last potential it had. Every action must have an opposite reaction, one way or another. From a distance, we would be able to recognize it as 'instant karma' or something like that, 'God punishes those he love' and what not. The bad wolf would be eaten by a bigger bad wolf, if the rabbit refuses to play the game of getting hunted. Some wolves would eventually see that they would prefer to be rabbits, if this is what's going to be the reality from now on...

Lovely picture, I too have notice that small things like that starts to pop up here and there, more and more, it take it as a very good sign... I think that is the spirit to work with in order to create a change. Those who appreciate the message can unite in it's energy, and the world raised a tiny but important little bit in positive polarity. Every single step takes us where were heading. Keep focused on where to go, don't get distracted. Stick your head in the sand if necessary, but keep going.

Just want to add a comment to this: It is important to remember that our moral values can distract. We should have morale, 'right and wrong' etc, but it is not originating from the idea of being of service to others. For Israel, it is right to defend themselves. To Hamas, it is right to defend themselves. For USA, it is right to defend themselves. For Iran, it is right to defend themselves and so on.

Another example of this could be Hitler. (he always turns up again and again, I guess it's because there is something yet to learn from the event of wwii)
It is possible to say that he was a man serving to the benefit of others because he gave his fellow citizens what they wanted, but they wanted to play with the dividing force, by dividing people in 'right or wrong', and many other things. He had the power to accelerate that wish and he shared it too. In many ways they made use of the uniting forces too. As a people, they united themselves by the exclusion of of some chosen groups of people. As a leader, Hitler were indeed serving the collective as well as himself. You might say that he fits the description of a man whose wealth came from the extent of his benefit to (certain) others.

The origin of morale might perhaps be found in the scale of fear and love. They did what they did out of fear, starting up a reaction to what things that scared them, and fear belong in the dividing, negative power area. If the force behind the changes then would have been love, we might have been the happiest planet ever right now. That is why love is the key to existence, it is the only force that allows positive force to unite and stay united.

Since wwii and the reaction to what Germany started and the reaction creating the bigger wolves that ate the 'german wolf', we're stuck in the dividing force, although not loveless but also partially afraid. What we need is an entirely new action built from the morale of love to tip the scale in a new direction. It has to come from within each one of us, the divided ones, from the last glimpses of our still remaining positive charge. Then we will be of benefit to our fellow man.

We're fascinated by the advice the religious leaders of the jews gave to their people, 'obey and do as the soldiers say' were the message. How in the world could they say that in the midst of the holocaust, we might think today. Why didn't they at least fight back to the last drop, taking as many as they could with them, how few or many that ever might have been?

In a sense they were. By this lack of reaction, they called upon the bigger wolves, the lower energy, the abyss. They must have known this. A strong action maybe can't be delt with or reversed instantly, a weapon is a weapon, but they let the reaction come from lower realms, the ones who discharges instead of from the ones who can become discharged. Because a reaction must always come. And that's how Germany became discharged and divided in two separate nations for a long period.

We live in their heritage, those who died in the holocaust left us a blank paper to work with through their wise way of going through the terrible event and it is up to us to recharge this world in the name of love, to honour the strength and sacrifice made of those that through all times and similar events has left us with that opportunity.
