Wrapping a Rodin Coil with .25 inch tubing!

I agree that the idea of using the 3/6/9 space for the tube is likely the way to go, though I cannot imagine how much of a b*tch it would be to wrap a quarter inch tubing in rodin-style!! LoL

That's what I was using in my 'rotating magnets' tests. I was surprised not many people noticed or commented on the fact that the magnets weren't rotating "pole-over-pole", but the poles were in fact stationary and the magnets were rotating around the poles' axis (like the earth's). I was using a FWBR.

I was actually thinking of using #6 wire instead of copper tubing. Yeah, my spinning sphere is rotating pole to pole up and down when the coil is flat on the table. I haven't tried using my FWBR to get anything to spin.

Gas Filled Glass Toroid

Alternately - Geomatrix's glass toroids could be vacuum pumped and/or filled with low-density gas (pick your fav), and the plasma kept within the structure of the toroid itself and not in the center?

I have one of his glass toroids here and a bottle of argon gas for my welder. If you have any ideas how to vacuum pump it and get the gas in there tell me and I will give it a go.

Morpher found that changing DC offset (duty cycle) changes the 'centering' of a magnet in the center of the rodin coil when pulsed with a SG. I think it was morpher, my apologies if was someone else's videos, I've watched way too many now... heh.

Vector Graphic Analysis

Yeah. I was blown away by that and have since spent hours mapping the vectors numerically to the toroid. Wait until you read my blog article about it!
Your going to love it!

My discovery of the fact the Vector Graphic Analysis can model complex field interactions and even provide clear modeling of monopolar fields is very significant!! It is another validation of the fact that our world and all of physics IS simply the interplay of numbers. Everything arises from the numbers and one can powerfully model it with 2D vectors!!

Hi Alex,
You've said it yourself already, but otherwise I would have given it to you anyway, this does seem very significant. You may well have blown the lid of the box of opportunities to apply this relatively simpel math and geometry to precisely predict, well, everything.
It seems like whatever we now make from the bottom up, it's of relatively little use if we don't get the geometry and numbers JUST right.
I posted some ideas and concerns on this, Rodin coil related, over on overunity recently, but what I've been seeing the last 48 hours just raises the bar by so much... More reason to back Marko and getting education sorted, to train young brains in this stuff from the beginning. If they can be taught multiple languages, they can be taught the Rodin math. It's math, but fun because it can DO things. Greatly looking forward to what more is to come. Oh, and Jamie's idea to mix Tesla and Rodin coils...others may have proposed it, but this is really specific and well thought out. Chapeau.

Thankyou for all your information you have provided here. I have also seen the DVD of the presentation Marko & yourself gave at the 2009 ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference. Good Stuff!

As posted earlier here I also think the RC would go well in various Tesla Coil circuits. I like the idea of the 3-9-6 single winding being the Primary. (The source), with the 1,4,7 & 2,5,8 windings making up the Secondary. I think the secondary RC should be inside of the large 3,6,9 Primary though. (I think I will make mine out of 1/4 inch copper pipe wound with only one or two wraps, on a large form; like a car tyre inner tube or the like). This setup could be run like a 1/2 wave Tesla coil, I.e a double Tesla Coil.. Then then the twin outputs could each drive an "extra coil" or just output to a top-load capacitance or other output? (Aka an Eric Dollard "Cosmic Induction Generator"). This extra coil may be another RC coil, or sufficient effects maybe see without an extra coil. Would be awsome to see an electric vortex physicaly form and to be seen "Vortexing" inside the secondary!

Another experiment to try would be to use a 1/2 wave Tesla Coil coil and simply drive each of the RC windings (1,4,7 & the 2,5,8) with the output of the 1/2 wave Tesla coil. The output waveform should look the same or similar to your duel trace amplifer setup, with the outputs of a 1/2 wave Tesla coil being out of phase 180 degrees.
I have almost finished building a regular 1/2 wave TC and this will be my first experiment as it is the easiest to build. Stay tuned..

Seems there maybe a little race here, to build & show this kind of T.C.-R.C. device! (A "TRC")? Hehe!

I stumbled over your Vid yesterday accidently, and would post it here,
but then i saw, you did allready arrive, lol.
Very nice thing, what you do there, i think, there can be done more with it.

Just a Question what i got, when you do measure the Current inside the Rodincoil,
and measure at the same Time Voltage flow inside there,
do the Voltage drop down, or is it still something.
I made something similar, not a Rodin Coil, and got twice Ah at the Coil, but when i measure Ah, The Voltage do break down.
Otherwise i can have about 400V/0,2Ah or 0,16V - 0,6A with a Source from 12V/0,2Ah

At your Video here you do measure the Ah at the Coil.
Actually, you put a Load into the Coil with your Meter,
and this Load should be actually at the Coils too, what creates a Resistance.
Usual, when i measure Ah at a inductive Coil, the Voltage what is running inside drops a bit.
But i think i see now the different, you got it powered from the Grid, so it should not really drop.
Otherwise, it should can be seen with a second Meter,
where one put a Load at the coil, and with the other, you could see, if the Voltage slows down with load.
Does that make Sense now?
My fault, i did suspect, you power the Coil from a weaker Source.
