Imo, there is no way we could do much with Dr. Chukanov's work at home (nor should we try). It requires a huge amount of money to set up and use, and could be very, very dangerous (i mean in "conventional" ways, which are bad enough in this case). It think it would break many local ordinances of your town lol

We would need to create the means of nearly instantly dumping a minimum of 2,000,000 V from caps INTO WATER (which is how he told me he gets those weird Quantum visual effects to start to happen). Lol imagine the fireworks!

We would need a strong pressure chamber and a means of controlling up to 3 million Watts of power, that can contain and survive up to 2,000 deg C heat. We would need a beefy microwave-range oscillator that can push around 25k V / prolly around 200k watts (the RF is what maintains the effect.. lol good luck shielding all that from interfering with the neighbor's TV ).

I don't think this "scales down" much, it needs the huge numbers to create & sustain the Ball Lightening (...lol DO NOT call it "plasma" around him, he is adamant that it is not plasma and that ball lightening is significantly different). In his "COP>8" figure, remember he counts using the generated heat, and even the free Hydrogen that is created. I believe the COP from the generated electricity alone is around "2" to "4".

I remember 2 years ago the Doctor told me he was not experiencing suppression; and was making large deals with utility power corps, and the Canadian government.

A few months later, all the deals were dead and someone was trying to erase all his academic and former career information. Luckily he had proofs of them and plenty of witnesses, but his records were being removed from the schools and places he worked in a lame attempt to discredit him for "lying on his resume".

I remember seeing a "shill campaign" on exactly this going around. Lol it was funny as hell: They sent shills around making these claims that he lied about the schools he attended and the places he worked... But didn't these idiots consider, that these shills had NO WAY of knowing this info? lol. It was just a blatant attempt to discredit him before he made these deals.

But there are many private companies that could develop that tech, especially in India, China, Brazil, South Africa, South Korea, etc... and suppression won't be so strong as in Canada !

Of course we need easiest to handle technology for the decentralization of power production, but Open Sourcing is a concept that applies for all.

If god or Angels told him to use this technology to save/help the world, then don't go and see the oppressors/governments for support !!!

I agree with Dr. Chukanov that what he's using is not a plasma. His Ball Lightning has a positive nucleus surrounded by electrons, yet he contains it with a field of electrons. All of these electrons would cause the central positive particles to move outwards, unless it is like he says that the nucleus is a single particle. In this case the containment electrons would repel the quantum electrons anchored to the nucleus and, hence, contain the BL.

Also, it's not true that tremendous energies are needed for his discovery. It's just that he's dealing primarily with utility scale systems. Since each of the quantum electrons has a different energy, or voltage, a larger number of ions condensing into the "quantum macro nucleus" provides some quantum electrons which have exceedingly high energies. These energies are then released when a voltage is passed through the perimeter of the BL. Kiril says that ANY voltage will work and it doesn't HAVE to have a stair step waveform.

Kiril's first unit, which exploded and wrecked his workshop, used a 5kW Magnetron. Now he's using a one MW tube, for the higher output levels needed to feed the Grid. But he told me that he can produce hundreds of times as much energy as a nuclear bomb. He said "I know how to do this". He's talking THOUSANDS OF TIMES OU.

I asked him specifically about using the HERF device shown in patent #3798461 to achieve the initial 'instantaneous' ionization in conjunction with a Helicon coil - with cold dry air at low pressure - then using a MW oven (or the alternative self amplifying system) to maintain the BL as the pressure is slowly increased back to normal, and he told me "Your ideas are right".

I personally think this IS a technology which needs to be replicated. I'd be perfectly happy with 4kW electricity from a 1kW MW oven. I just need to get a thick walled quartz tube.

How thick of a walled quartz tube do you need?

Why is that critical?

An eighth inch wall would work for a low powered system. At the baseline, we're not talking about a pressurized containment. It only needs to withstand the .1 torr start up. But I'd feel more comfortable with a 1/4" since there'll be a pressure wave when the BL is stimulated. I asked Kiril if I could use pyrex but he's adamant that only quartz will withstand the temperature. And I have used an inverted pyrex measuring cup as a plasma containment vessel, but it got so hot after five minutes that it broke while cooling. This was after I turned the MW oven off. But even if we use a table top oven, gradually increasing the pressure over a period of several minutes will increase the BL's mass, allowing more output. So I'd like to have some quartz which is 5/16" to 3/8" thick. This will withstand 4 or 5 times an operating pressure of two atmospheres.

You guys may have a point, that if he SELECTIVELY open sourced it or cheaply licensed it to those who could handle industrial-sized generation, it would be a good thing. I would certainly agree that this technology should be furthered... Although from what he had told me before, i still have some doubts about being able to replicate it without SERIOUS equipment. Perhaps this has changed, dunno.

And of course, i believe it deserves, and should be required to be

But as we see with every other important free energy tech, they refuse to study it. They refuse to report on it in the mainstream media, and they do what ever they can get away with to stop others from pursuing it.

I wonder if University Physics Department Heads; or government bureaucrats in charge of Grants, or Editors of scientific Journals...

Ever feel guilt, and consider themselves "Enemies of Humanity" for the parts they play in maintaining suppression?.... Helping maintain the vast pollution coming daily from fossil fuels. Somehow i doubt they do.

What if this oil leak in the Gulf continues to grow (it is still over TWENTY FIVE thousand barrels a day, not "5" as the mainstream media continues to report despite having the true figures available). What if ends up killing all life in the Gulf, then threatens the Caribbean, the mid Atlantic... The Atlantic Ocean.

Then what if these mainstream science "gate keepers" come to realize, that if they had said:

"NO I WON'T DO IT! WE MUST TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT ENERGY!"

I have not seen ANY ONE prevent the RA/Glen's modified RA circuit from being replicated being open source, or have i seen Steorn being stooped for licensing to developers, see a pattern here
