FYI: VIC 6.1 from WFC letter Stanley Meyer, after seeing this and reading the letter you will know exactly how to wind the single spool VIC, remember the last one is the pic of the box from a multispool assembly, hence not the same like the above(inside spool is for SS wire and outside spool for magnet wire AWG 24 I believe):
