WOW! What a great analogy this thread is,

For 'society'! Start off with an initial post, posing a fairly simple concept; that the 'Rule of Law' is a fallacy, of fiction.
And the discussion quickly devolves into a discussion involving religion, and God, and each person, convinced they have been 'vouchsafed' the ultimate 'truths', is yelling past the other, and only reading anothers post so they can dispute it, and get back to re-posting THEIR version of the 'ultimate' truth.
Doesn't this thread demonstrate very clearly WHY your suggestion, MBrown, that we can simply solve these problems by gaining agreement, and education, won't work? The 'problem' IS 'human naure'.

Its like thecouple/family, that move every couple of years, and each 'new' place they move to, they are unhappy, (hence the next move).

"Where ever you go, there you are!"; They are 'unhappy', because whats making them unhappy moves WITH them.

I am no different; my 'truth' that I invariably fall back on is that 'we', collectively have developed a terminally flawed system, civilisation, and we keep on trying to figure out a way to 'make it work', cause the idea of tearing the whole thing down and starting over again, (and doing it differetly this time) is something most find,...unappealing, to say the least.

And so we keep trying to find ways to prop the system up, to keep it going.

And, the real flaw is with US, so there IS no 'fix', no 'magic bullet' that will 'make things right'. "yeah, but if we could just,.." Yes, but we ain't going to 'just', so thats a 'pipedream'.

If we could just address corruption, (yes, but we ain't). Ifwe could all just 'get along', (yes, but we ain't). If we could just educate people, (yes but we ain't).

Yes, but if we could just put GOD first in our lives, and live according to HIS teachings, (yes, but you guessed it,....we ain't!). Instead wemake religion or science our GOD, and argue and even kill people based on OUR perception of him or it.

By the way, still 'slogging' thru Darwins theory, but one thing that occurred to me;he is always described as, or called a 'Naturalist'; and in his writings, he gives credit to other 'naturalists', as well as Botanists, Biologists, Geologists, etc. My point is, while these 'other' scientific fields still exist today, there are no 'naturalists' any more; so, Darwin was a scientist, in a fieldof study which is now,....EXTINCT! "Survival of the fittest", indeed!Jim

I think the statement "Man is full of darkness" is generally followed by the believers saying they are the light. Believe what I say and send me offerings and toil in my name because I believe and you do not.

I just think it's strange that their whole purpose would seem to be to convince us to believe exactly the same thing they do. Not so much to make the world a better place, to take real action to help others but simply to believe what they do and follow them. Sorry I don't buy it and I don't follow I lead by example.

Personally the best thing I ever did was to discard my Earth-bound beliefs. I believe I am an integral part of this universe and the Earth is only an extremely small and somewhat insignificant part of it. Why should I limit my thinking and beliefs to a species which just learned to walk upright not so long ago, lol, it is absurd and were better than that in my opinion. As such I am not bound to the misguided beliefs of the past in any way I seek the future.

        What you think about you will bring about;
        whatever you give attention will grow;
darkness is the absence of light, not the opposite. :yin yang:
        god == energie == love ;

Mary got pregnant on 2503 in the year -1. She called Gabriel an angel, I am quite sure Josef thought quite differently about it. So she told him a fantastic story, so unbelievable that 2000 years later, people still believe it.

Why are all of you so strong about "free and independent thinking' and yet so determined to believe religious rubbish, just talk about the **** in the world and the bad in people as if you are live on the 9 o'clock news???
While 99% of the people are just good and decent, the world is full of wonderful things and the 'truth' is totally different after it has been passed on a couple of times.

        best of luck!

Despite everything that i have already been written in this thread, i would like to concede my feelings of disappointment too, because very often i feel like i have been betrayed by God and i feel the same feeling on behalf of all righteous people who suffer too much and too long and never get any atonement.

What is the point of all this? What a mess...Who do you think you are fooling sweet dear Lord??? Am i just too stupid to get the point or there isn't any point at all? How can you expect of ordinary people to understand you and your inconceivable methods of ruling and judging righteous and unrighteous in this world? If there is no obvious difference in judging good and bad guys in this world why would we believe in your justness that is supposed to happen someday somewhere?

He have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places plains, and the crooked places will be made straight, and before the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

But, i am too angry with you to be able to share a same dream with Martin L. King, just too angry and too confused...

What good does it make if we can academically discuss and prove your existence but we can not prove your supreme government and supremacy of righteousness (over unrighteousness) in this world?

After all, you deliberately delivered your reign over this world to Satan, why are you than surprised if Satan successfully set up their own rules of law for human race and people eventually accept them and perish over and over again?

Looks like Darwin's evolution makes more sense than Bible...

Like if there is not enough suffering in this world it is foretold that there will be Great Apostasy (which is already happening) and Great Chastisement...

It is just too complicated for anyone to understand and clear up this mess of counterfeit theories... That is why people rather believe a lie (evolution) than the truth (Bible)...

You are strange God, and God should not be strange but perfect, that is your problem dear sweet God!!!

Psychopathy is a personality disorder characterized by a lack of empathy and remorse, shallow affect, glibness, manipulation and callousness. Previous research indicates that the rate of psychopathy in prisons is around 23%, greater than the average population which is around 1%.

To better understand the neurological basis of empathy dysfunction in psychopaths, neuroscientists used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) on the brains of 121 inmates of a medium-security prison in the USA.

I agree very much, the problem is human nature, but I don't think it is incurable, and I agree there is no magic bullet but if enough people start to make a change, im sure we would see positive results.

You have quite clearly stated the problem, the reason that things are getting worse, but its like the bully in the playground, he cant force everyone, he needs them to submit.

I would like to hear what you are doing to make a change, I refuse to buy coke and pepsi products, also mcdonald and burger king. I buy locally farmed produce and very little processed foods. I object to body scanners, especially the ones in malls, by refusing to pass through them. I protest with vigour the sexual assaults at airports. what do you do?

Well said, notice they never offer any solution, and just chill free speech by imposing a belief system. Shills, whether deliberate or accidental. Lets just lead by example as you say.

What changes have you made? even if it is small, it contributes to a change.

Since all the problems are created by man in exactly the same way, the logical conclusion is that he can equally create answers, or create situations that are not problematic to begin with just as easily. Of course the next question is does he really want to.

Also it is a scientific fact that around 75% (if memory serves) of people in positions of power including politics and business in fact match the psychological profile of psychopaths, they are attracted to such positions and are quite capable of acting, manipulating and deceiving others in order to get there. It's a natural trait, as an artist is compelled to paint, it requires no effort or deliberate thought. There was an hour long program on it on mainstream TV (so it must be true!), it's not a secret. There's plenty of corruption being exposed these days. And still it's business as usual for the masses, nothing has changed. Probably because most of them didn't even bother to watch it, they would be too busy being entertained by fictional trash on the other channel. [Head in sand]

I hope I am wrong, but you seem too distracted in your belief system to help. Talking and expressing our opinions on a forum is one thing, but we need to do it in the real world.

Give a man a fish and he will feed his family for a day. We need to do more than help in small ways, we need to help in ways that will make a difference. Become active in this.

It is not delusional to take part in actions such as I have suggested as they do, if sported by sufficient numbers, have profound effects, proven.

You paint everyone with the same brush when stating "Man is full of darkness" clearly this is not true, show me a newborn child that is full of darkness. Even people that have done some questionable things can be educated and for the most part changed, even your belief system tells you this. To believe one thing and say the opposite is contradictory.

I could spend time de-constructing your argument line by line but I have better things to do, such as practising what I preach. You should try it, and I am not being facetious when I say this.

I too have belief systems but I choose not to make it a part of the discussion other than I believe you have good intentions. Try not to be negative about humanity, yes I know we are far from perfect, but we are all capable of being the best person we can.

You are making this thread about your belief system and not finding answers. If my words have fallen on stony ground, so be it, and I will move on to those who chose to make a difference. "you can lead a horse to water..."

I do appreciate that your heart is in the right place and I am not saying these things to antagonise you. I know that the words of mine that you have read cannot be unlearned, and maybe in the future, with influence from elsewhere, you will act upon them.

You can't call each other brother and hide your version of whatever it is you classify whatever. This is how you and most people come across.

All RULE OF LAW have absolutes but your version is sloppy. Better go preach in a room and listen to yourself like I did for years.

Yes a child is automatically a self centered being and no one has to teach that child be selfish throughout it's entire life. A new born child grows up to be the same thing if not taught to be unselfish.

It is a selfish thing to force only your reality on everyone else a only to be angry when they share theirs.

Thankyou for asking the right question, I believe man does have the potential to conceive, and it is logical that we find solutions to the problems we have created. It is also our duty to point out such problems and also offer potential solutions, this is how society develops.

It is a problem that so many in positions of power and authority, have these undesirable tenancies, and it is natural that we all have these tenancies to some degree. Once you are conscious of such tenancies, it is much easier to to lay them aside in favour better and more favourable behaviour. What would your solution be?

You seem frustrated that I wont engage in religious debate, but the truth is I am looking for solutions that will be equally acceptable to all faiths. To spout the pro's and cons of one or another religion is counter productive in this case, and in all truth a distraction from what we all want. That is freedom to be who we are without disadvantaging others arbitrarily.

How you see a child is somewhat different to how I see them. Children often share and work together in positive ways, as they learn to interact with each other in a pleasurable way. The selfishness you describe, is also learned behaviour in the vast majority of cases, and it was us as parents that unavoidably taught them it. I will give an example.

A baby while crawling across the floor is out to investigate everything, he sees a hot cup of coffee and reaches for it. We move that coffee so he wont spill it or burn himself and the baby looks at us wondering why we did that. He is not yet able to communicate or understand and so sees it as something that he is being deprived of. He watches you drink the coffee, thinks that that is yours, and that this is normal behaviour in the case where you want something. He copies it, when he has a toy or something he likes, he thinks it is right to remove it from others and claim ownership, preventing others from access. If you take that toy from him and give it to another child, of course he will cry and show his frustration as he has not yet learned the concept of sharing and the benefits that can bring.

People are naturally friendly and are taught to pull out a sward to get their way. This all occurs before a child is able to be consciously aware of his actions. It becomes a default program in his brain.

Is it possible that when he becomes a parent that he will unconsciously program his children in a similar way?

Is it possible that this could happen regardless of faith?

Is it possible that teaching how to avoid this to young people could help them to reduce the occurrence in the future?

I am not saying that there are no other reasons for this type of behaviour, but this is normally the case.

I agree it is unacceptable to force your reality on someone else, and a problem with law is that to some degree, it does just that. This is why nation states are a good idea, so that people of like minds can live together, but it has the disadvantages that we are familiar with.

No, I'm not angry. I'm doing the best I can with my limited knowledge to help us create a better world. Unfortunately in my lifetime I have seen it deteriorate.

Can you see a way to make a change for the better? something proactive that we could do in the real world, that would be easy? maybe it is something you are already doing?

Thanks Brown glad to hear you say that even though you wished for better the world is going south.

                      Great start.

"Be the change that you wish to see in the world"--Mahatma Gandhi

Live it, breath it, tread the unbeaten path and find your own way.... let the rest quote scripture while we create our future.

                        AC
                        hello AC

I agree whole heartedly. Send me that money cause I am a preacher or whatever cause I say so and God says so and what a gas.

I never went along with that garbage, just wanted you to know. Relig or no everyone knows who PAUL was in the Bible. Other Books feature other examples but let's take the scriptures where common law originated from like found in Leviticus.

Well Paul came later and he never did what you mentioned while all of organized relig does. Paul is said to be one of the greatest leaders of his time. You might think he was control frec, I don't know.

What I want to get at is that everyone inside of Christianity says they follow Paul, Okay? But they grub for money and plea and beg for it. All the time claiming they have THE RULE over others, Right?

This is the process elevate one self and start cracking the whip bringing in the green stamps.

The point is that relig does not follow scripture so you are right to stay away.

You are better off at the local bar At least at the bar they tell you what they are after and if someone wants to smoke some grass and get laid they are not hiding their motivation.

Now I am not suggesting that you do this AC. Okay so at the bar they do whatever and it is a personality cult. I know I grew up in the bar eating hamburgers while mom ran the place.

I have lived that live. I also knew better, ya know how living in the fast lane kills folks young?

Well now let's go back to the cHurch. To make a long story short organized relig worships money and power over folks leaders desiring to be in the spotlight.

So you are right about relig. They use the Blood of Jesus and HIS forgiveness for sins to trap the prey so to speak. In this life people often need consoling for one reason or another and this is a weak time for them.

The relig folks move in fast. I have walked into places where the preacher would jump up and say God just gave him a word in the spirit and that I was suppose to do this or that. These leaders are dogs.

You hear that? Yes dogs, dern Dogs.

So you are right about relig people and their ploys.

You see PAUL was a tent-maker and specifically brought out the power over with position subject and that he never once took any money to live on.

So you see organized relig leader live off the peoples money.

Yet Paul said he wouldn't do that because it would make his preaching worthless in the eyes of natural men.

Now I know you probably wish I would not talk about relig figures when discussing THE RULE OF LAW but I think these guys had it.

Now maybe some others had it too. Generally people take note of someone they admire out of history.

There have been alot of RULERS throughout time who had a RULE OF LAW in one form or another and maybe your choice would not be PAUL maybe a ROMAN emperor or a certain other great leader.

If you are your own leader then somewhere along the way you took note of someone who influenced you like a Father.

Doing good looks all well and good to others but we all give based on our gifts. We give what we have and this was given to us, so this is a superficial courtesy.

Freely things are given so freely you give. The question is why? Often the answer is "the way it makes me look" or "It may make me look bad if I don't"

So goodness and giving may look like one thing and be quite another.

Not just GOD but and man or any King anywhere hates his subordinates to come into HIS presence with a cock sure attitude thinking the KING should put them in charge.

Any King including you. Well THE SELF EXISTENT ONE is a great KING and you and I had not come into HIS presence demanding anything, right?

Can you imagination the response when people come into the PRESENCE of their Creator KING and are asked to give back the gift allotted to them being asked what they did with it and what were they thinking?

Most will say I didn't know anyone was going to ask. The excuses will be
"I didn't know" yet we all know THE RULE OF LAW does not care if you knew or ignored.

THE RULE OF LAW slaps you down for ignoring their LAWS.

Same same. Do what you will, you have been warned your whole life, make no mistake. Yes you are right about there not being any good examples to follow so you will have to lead.

                        Mike

I can agree with that as a first step, but we can do so much more. If we do nothing then we have only ourselves to blame when it gets worse. Can you agree with that?

Getting rid of an individual via the system we have is a waste of time, they are like rows of shark teeth with another ready to take its place. We need a change of system or at least a redirection. This is not going to happen in a way that benefits more people, unless we make it. The system is corrupted to benefit the few. Its our system, we have to do the work and make the change but the mechanisms are broken.

Im suggesting reusing an old mechanism which has enormous power, but it requires the support of a significant number of people to get it moving. Talking about it isn't sufficient, it needs action or inaction (non-cooperation) as the case may be. Its people power, we have forgotten, or never learned how to do it.

Occupy wall street showed the way, but it was subverted, co-opted and shut down. It scared the powers that be like you would not believe, and its not gone away. Its still bubbling under the surface. Market choices also work, when people become aware of an undesirable aspect of a product they choose something else, but they need the knowledge of what is undesirable. There are many more methods which are legal and effective if sustained.

This is about making a life choice in a way that is effective.

PS. If you truly are a preacher, have you talked to your congregation about this? find out what they know and what they want. Ask them how you can help them.

                            @ mbrownn,

They have CNN, NBC, CBS, HBO etc..., what you have? Energetic forum?

They can subvert occupy wall street, they can kill (like a dog in the street) M.Gadafi because of introducing gold dinar (as substitution for dollar). You have to watch this: The illuminati Exposed By Muammar Gaddafi

It happened before (for the same reason) with Saddam Husein, they hanged him like a dog and share the video of his execution all around the world as warning: Don't you dare to play this kind of game because if you did this is how you gonna end up...

It happened before (for the same reason): More Real History Revealed: The REAL Reason Behind World War II: Hitler's Freedom From International Debt Slavery!

Must see: The Road to World War 3

The very same scenario is depicted in this text about Great Apostasy (which is already happening) and Great Chastisement: FATIMA NETWORK: Our Lady's Library Online - Crusader 74

I don't think we can do much (against these super powerful maniacs) lamenting like this on energetic forum and places like this. Even if many millions of people understood what is going on how would that help us?

I mean it makes no difference if you vote for democrat guy or for republican one, they are both corrupted and without integrity. So, you think you can bit these guys by refusing to buy coca cola???

Don't tell me you are serious!

If anybody can help us it is God himself, but i am just not sure what to expect of him, because whole history of mankind is history of man slaughtering and all i can do is to ask God again and again: Why do you allow all this evil on the face of the Earth?

Yes, i know academic-biblical answer to this, your vengeance will be severe on the day of your judgement, but somehow it doesn't suffice to me, aren't you master of this world too, how long are we going to witness all these atrocities of the modern world and their leaders - super maniacs who mock you and your holly law for so long and in such a monstrous ways?

We demand your vengeance now, but we don't hope too much since we know world history, and i am not able to recognize in this history you as a master of this world, so if you are not master of this world what is your role in history of mankind after all? And what is the purpose of all this mess? And you died on the cross for what, for whom? Who do you expect are going to understand this insanity?

Wisdom of man is insanity in your eyes, but sadly vice versa too...

You asked; Because I believe whats coming is inevitable, I don't do anything. Not cause i'm lazy, but because trying to do anything to change things is futile.
I DO agree with your point; every $ we spend, is a 'vote'; like the old expression 'vote with your feet', you also vote with your money. And, collectively, we DO have 'elections' every day; we 'vote' for cell phones, instead of the 'old' landline phones. We watch THIS T.V. show, and not THAT one.
And so, instead of buying a new house, for me and mine, i've bought a couple of 50 y.o. 'travel' trailers, (airstream type), and am remodeling them so they can be attached, to make a house. They are 'payed' for, as is my vehicles; a 1965 corvair, and a 1993 GMC 2 ton 'stepvan'. About to buy my 3rd vehicle, a used Isuzu NRR; so I can put the corvair on the back of it, and use it to pull one trailer, while i pull the other one with the stepvan.
So, NO credit, for ANYTHING. We are currently spending about 1/2 our income, for our daily living, and 'banking' the other 1/2, which I am investing in our lifestyle. Our home, when completed, will be solar powered. Currently living in a trailer park, with a rent of $250. Will eventually be able to live a modern equivalent of hunter/gatherer; cause I think MAYBE the best option for the future is to be able to MOVE, as needed, to avoid natural disasters or civil unrest, or whatever. And, as much as possible to be 'self-sufficient'.

Having looked at the state of the world, and contemplated 'what can we do to 'fix' it, and come to the conclusion there is NOTHING we can do, I'm preparing for what I see coming. Frankly, I see NOTHING 'we' can do to 'avoid' whats coming, or to, in the alternative, hurry it along. So, I am 'battening down the hatches', 'girding my loins', and, in my own way 'prepping' for me and mine. As I have posted on before, its not 'humanity', but 'civilisation' that is the problem, really. Or, put another way, all the problems we have are a direct result of the decision to settle in one place, and stop being H/G'ers. But, thats my 'take', and I certainly COULD be wrong. Jim

This point is perfectly valid, but the truth is they are unlikely to notice me as an individual, nor millions of other insignificant individuals, but together we make a significant contribution. As individuals we are powerless and they know that. Using the Ants analogy you can see where the power is, and that is what they are afraid off. Its already happening, its like a snowball effect, but the faster we wake people up, the fewer will suffer. We need to get that snow ball rolling. Its true that the normal route through politics is so corrupted we cant rely on it at all. republican and democrat is the two wings of the same predatory bird.

Its not just coca cola, its all the former IG Farben companies like Monsanto, another company we are starting to push back. Its medicine, the food supply, everything of significance, and this is their weakness. By causing their profits to drop a few percentage points we can redirect, and push back what is happening. This is already happening but not fast enough in my opinion.

Am I serious? YES, VERY SERIOUS
