Now think about this that chamber has a fluted opening that would be resonated by lets say air flow. Mount this in front of a car and walla instant power. Acoustic wave guide theory should be used extensively on this design.

I came accross an article not that long ago, decribing a small piezo wind generator.

Can't find the link at the moment but it looked along the lines of:

The inner line (single: | ) is basically a flimsy piece of plastic attached at both ends and allowed to oscillate when the wind blows. At the bottom is a piece of piezo material (shown as: / \ ) attached to the inner line which converts the movement into electricity.

The design is able to work in low wind speeds which no other type of wind generator can work at.
