What is the temperature of your KOH solution at start and during the avalanche phase?

Have you noticed any heat effect?

I never sand plates. I condition them in a supersaturated solution of salt water
by running the DC cell for an hour then reversing the wires and running for another hour.

It is by far the most effective way I have found to condition plates.
It removes huge amounts of impurites and etches the plates.

Have you thought about mounting 2 thick bars to the magnet face, one on N and another on S, and mount the plates to the bars inside the cell? You can electrically insulate the bars from the poles with a thin sheet of plastic so there is no electrical circuit through the pole. That way there is no space lost/distance issues with the 430 ss being pulled back from the face of the poles due to the cell housing wall thickness.

Interesting idea on etching the ss with salt.

..A very thoughtful question.

There is a slight rise in temperature ( 1/2 degrees above normal electrolysis )
likely due to the friction of the excess colliding molecules,
and I suspect that it is also being cooled
by the constant circulating of the solution.

The cell takes on a magnetic property. That is the most amazing part of this for me.
When you turn off the cell after you have run it, and just run the accellerator alone, you visibly can see the water particles following the magnetic field.

...that is the most awesome thing about it.

Both Faraday and Palmieri were alive at the time and these theories were accepted. This is before AC took off and all other options dumped, the 1882 edition is suited to AC,its a different book .
Palmieri predicted weather changes from measuring electrical disturbance similar to Subblefield,
His pioneer work lays foundation for alot of 'free energy' research using air core coils.

The fact that it accelerates the electrolysis is perfectly understandable, we now need to know if this energy imparted in accelerating the electrolysis is lower than the produced or what. I will build one myself here.. and check it out.

Just excellent RAMSET, this is a big step, perhaps huge, no, definitey huge, this makes the posibility to try with a conventional HHO cell (wet or dry) and achieve something just dreamed.
This breaks the stucked idea in my head about the resonance al several khz from Meyers HHO cell.
