Series resonance, parallel resonance, parametric resonance - all doesn't matter really. Tell me please when you have a capacitor and a coil connected together without any other parts : what kind of resonance circuit is this ?

wow boguslaw .. firstOriginally posted by boguslaw View Postoooouch, sorry Duncan, I'm a little bit handicapped and my brain does not allow me to read complex English statements..what is your point exactly , please ?
I have actually been drawing a picture in words , no easy task in any language .. its a stretch even if english is your first languge, I wil try and think of a way to get it simpler .. or perhaps one of the reader's might like to try?
as for your second post ... of course there is a huge difference between various resonant points and types particularly parametric or stochastic as you mention

thanks, the difference is small when you imagine all variations (parametric, stochastic, whatever) without any power source. Just take a variable capacitor (to cover also parametric case) and variable inductor (with adjustable core for example) and connect both. Is that serial resonant circuit or parallel ? I think BOTH. Any difference now dissapear. This is the starting point to ou I think. Now imagine what you can do with that ... would be good to know where is reactive power in such circuit and where is real power if it's all possible to point at ...Originally posted by Duncan View Postwow boguslaw .. first

A bit of help for the terminology challenged or it helps to have a clear picture of the difference between 'harmonic' and 'overtone'.
"The term harmonic has a precise meaning - that of an integer (whole number) multiple of the fundamental frequency of a vibrating object. The term overtone is used to refer to any resonant frequency above the fundamental frequency - an overtone may or may not be a harmonic. Many of the instruments of the orchestra, those utilizing strings or air columns, produce the fundamental frequency and harmonics. Their overtones can be said to be harmonic. Other sound sources such as the membranes or other percussive sources may have resonant frequencies which are not whole number multiples of their fundamental frequencies. They are said to have non-harmonic overtones."
I had to refresh myself on that difference

So Duncan, what you are saying in the simplest terms are this? A standing wave with harmonic overtones of 6x will open the gates to energy abundance? Just trying to wrap my limited brain faculties around this.

Your welcome. I just spent some time listening to a bunch of Eric Dollard's video's. Probably more time with them then I have at any point in the past. I decided it was time to do the work of finally listening to as much EPD as I had time for today and I found it very well worth it and not as hard to understand as I thought he might be. BTW one of the books Dollard recommends from Steinmetz is the one I uploaded in my post #18 here titled " Electric Discharges Waves and Impulses and other Transients".There is no important work, there are only a series of moments to demonstrate your mastery and impeccability. The wonder of T Morays system was he discovered or developed a substance that would remain stable . He needed very little of it and so used an antenna but in most other respects it is essentially the 3BS system.

I would only add one thing to the story of my first setup. I used three batteries. Two good ones in series and the third "bad battery" reversed. Below is the first couple paragraphs from the 3BGS thread.
"We assembled a circuit similar to one first posted by John Bedini some years ago. It called for two charged batteries, one discharged battery and a load. I chose to use a 12 volt DC motor as the load. We had a battery that would neither take, nor hold a charge, and decided to use it for our third battery. When we initially put the system together and threw the switch, nothing happened. About ten to fifteen minutes later the motor suddenly started up. The voltage on the bad battery would suddenly jump to 24 volts. It would go down to about 18 volts, and then the motor would slowly start and begin to run, speeding up gradually. The voltage would continue to drop down to around nine volts, at which time the motor would suddenly shut off and the voltage would immediately jump back to 24 volts and the cycle would repeat.
To try and get the system to keep from shutting off, I ASSUMED I needed to keep the battery in the third position from becoming charged, so I began to hook loads to it. I used an inverter and powered all kinds of loads, balancing the load on battery three by putting an additional load on the motor. To make a long story short, it did amazing things. Then it quit... after I took it apart, transported it to California, brought it back home, and tried to reassemble it."
It was and IS my belief that the 24 volts I measured on the "bad battery" was a measurement of the difference between the voltage in it and in the two good batteries in series. That difference would go RAPIDLY (within about 10-15 minutes) down to 18 volts and then the motor would start. It would continue to go down to around 9 volts and then the motor would shut off. The voltage would immediately jump back up to 24 volts and the cycle would repeat. This behavior of this particular bad battery holds the KEY to what makes this setup produce unlimited power. No other battery I have tried since has duplicated this behavior. Almost all the ones I try will drop down to 18 volts and the motor will come on. NONE have continued to drop down to 9 volts and shut the motor down.

Please bear with me I can't read long text in english (kind of a problem with many thoughts running into different regions when reading each of sentence).
Funny thing that I hadn't that in the past , seems I'm getting older...
Just take a capacitor , charge it and connect to the coil : what is that ? what kind of resonance ? where is reactive power (escaped?) ?
Think out of the box.

Duncan,
You can trample on my work or stomp it into the mud for all I care. If that is what it takes to figure this all out, I'll get my boots on and help! Thanks for this post. It may inspire some folks to try some things that haven't been tried before and we might get lucky.
