Hi folks, this thread is a doozy, here's a suggestion when we see a discussion
worth saving. Go to the browser customization panel (usually top right hand corner)
then find the "save page as" option and save the pages of the thread
to a file for posterity, that way when posts or threads get deleted we have
them at hand. The files ca be overwritten by saving again as more posts are
added.

Then even in "offline mode" the thread can be read as it appears normally.

Next we'll be told that is a breach of copyright and we are taking someones
bread and butter by doing it.

I'd really don't understand how previously copyrighted material from various
unrelated individuals like most of the files in the "Cejka" bundle can end up
being the intellectual property of a different individual.

How does it come to pass that an organisation or individual can end up with
copyright over all those different authors documents ?

The way I see it when a claim of infringement is made it is up to the
respondent to prove they have the right to share the info. That way a claim
that is not even valid can halt the sharing of stuff, due to the respondent not
having the time to respond.

I call that bluff justice. It works because of the nature of how it is set up.

If there is an unbiased Lawyer reading this please join the forum and explain to
us how these things can be done and if it is actually legally correct.

The way it looks is that the authors of the energy from the vacuum videos are
claiming ownership of all the content of the documents produced by all those
different individual authors. That is the work of the individual authors as I see it.

The behavior displayed on this thread is precisely why there are not more alternative energy breakthroughs. It is likely many of us are just an arms length from breakthroughs, but we remain blinded by what we think we know.

Is it possible that each of us must pass a worthiness test before access is granted to the master stream of all solutions past, present and future?

Surely there are those currently in power, and it is well known that they will do about anything to maintain control. At the same time, if many of us went to their side of the fence - we would likely do exactly what they now do. So first, we must find a way to change our mindsets. Less about man, and more about mankind.

If we can do this successfully, we will over time lift ourselves out of the box of control and begin to build a world less about Me and more about We.

Note to self: As long as we remain alone and divided, we are easy to marginalize.

So that should be our first task. Learn how to communicate with each other by developing a new language with common meaning. So that we may join the speculation and research of countless perspectives, culminating in a resonance of purpose.

In my view, it all starts with being worthy civil souls... every time we post, each letter and word must hold that accountability. If not, well... ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

Today we are witnessing the revival of same old sistems of einsteinian beliefs in form of multi mumbo jumbo multiverse theories whose authors and funs intentionally forget significance of the BGV theorem and common sense imperative of every sane mind which is to admit the truthfulness of the philosophically well known (and old) fact which says that infinite number of events (causes) in the realm of materialistic (causal-entropic) world is impossible, and any possible 'multiverse' world must be consider as a materialistic (causal-entropic) too!!!

The most important property of the matter-space-time concept is finitude (2. law of thermodynamics), and although today we have even empirical proofs which confirms our old philosophical truth of finitude of material universe, there is still a lots of very educated and even famous guys who deliberately refuse to reasoning wise and soberly, because they are driven by their status seeking (power hunger) atheistic worldview.

I believe that was explained in another thread that you took part in.

Tony Craddock has Energetic Productions - unrelated to this forum or anything that I'm involved with in digital publishing.

There are two general copyrights for content.

One is the original content copyright owner who is the person who originally put original content into FIXED form - book, video, etc... the moment it is in fixed form, they are automatically the exclusive copyright holder instantaneously.

The other is a publisher's copyright for a particular compilation of material and that copyright has to be granted to them by the copyright holder for the content. The publisher can then enforce copyrights for material that is taken from their compilation.

It's as simple as that. I have dealt with that very issue many times over the years from both sides. I have been accused of being an infringer of copyrighted material and I have also enforced my copyrights against others.

Eric Dollard's Wireless Giant of the Pacific is a book that is mostly Eric's personally created material. Eric is the exclusive copyright holder for the CONTENT. Someone else had publisher's rights and put Eric's content together in their own way and had publisher's copyrights. They never released the book so Eric granted my company publisher's copyrights to take his material and create a new unique compilation with much of the same material and we added some that was never in the original. Eric remains copyright holder to the CONTENT that he created, but we are publisher's copyrights for our unique COMPILATION that we created from his content.

Another example is Lone Pine Writings. Eric wrote that CONTENT in the front seat of his car. The moment he put it on paper, US Copyright Law grants him exclusive copyrights to the material. The moment that someone took Eric's notes and typed them into this forum, Energetic Forum automatically became a publisher's copyright owner to the COMPILATION of how that material was laid out here. This is the case for virtually everything posted on every website in the entire world. That is just how modern copyrights work and giving an explicit copyright notice hasn't been required since around April 1989.

Now someone volunteered to put those posts together in a book form to raise funds for Eric - only one person was given permission by Eric to do this. That book sold for $50 but Eric never got a penny from it. Eric found out and wanted it stopped so I helped him get it removed from a certain website. Eric still wanted those writings to get out to help him raise money for his projects and he asked us to put it out. We took that content, re-formatted it so it read a lot better and we released it.

Soon after, one pathological lying thief wrote to our digital publishing service claiming that he had copyrights to Lone Pine Writings and the liar even filed for a copyright at the copyright office for it! He claimed he had publisher's copyright for "his" unique compilation even though copyrights were never granted to him.

Here's the thing - for anyone to have publisher's copyrights, the copyright holder for the CONTENT - Eric Dollard - had to actually grant publisher's copyrights to that person, which he never did. Eric only gave permission to one person to put the book together. That person, without Eric's permission, got two others involved in putting the book together. It was all done on a volunteer basis, which is no different than a "work for hire" for $0.00 meaning no copyrights were ever granted to anyone.

Stephen King has quite a few books - that would be like me randomly taking three of his books and putting them into "Aaron's Stephen King Favorite Works" - and then me claiming that I had publisher's copyrights since it is a unique compilation. Yes, it would be a unique compilation, but Stephen King never granted me publisher's copyrights so it would be completely stupid for me to claim claim such but someone tried to do that with Eric's book! LOL - All they did was perjure themselves under oath with the copyright office when they filed the application.

This is not legal advice, but this is just how it is based on my experience as a digital publisher and consulting with some copyright attorneys. Copyright registration is not needed to have copyright. Copyright registration is only needed if you want to take it to court - then the govt recognizes you as the official copyright holder on record.

With Energetic Productions - what I see from an example in the recent release of video footage taken of "Daniel" - that footage has never surfaced anywhere that I know of. I believe the filmographer of that footage would have the original content copyright unless they were a work for hire and someone commissioned them to film it - which is most likely the case. Energetic Productions could claim publisher's copyrights for their compilation on DVD. Did the original copyright holder give them publisher's copyrights? I don't know.

There are certain years where if something is produced without a copyright notice, then it is not copyrighted - complete opposite of today where everything is automatically copyrighted by the original creator of content. So if it wasn't copyrighted but Energetic Productions created a unique compilation on DVD, then they can claim publisher's copyrights. If that video footage isn't available anywhere else and it is more than obvious that any excerpts in whole or in part came from that particular compilation, then it would be obvious that the publisher's copyright is being violated in my opinion and they have a right to enforce that copyright.

This is no different from all the old free books with expired copyrights in archive.org. Anyone can take the content of those books, put it into a new format in a book and claim to have publisher's copyrights. If someone took their particular book and scanned it to a pdf and distributed it - that is absolutely a violation of their publisher's copyrights. If someone wants to distribute something without violating those copyrights, they should do it with the original copies of the expired copyright version.

Look in Amazon, there are countless books by modern publishers to have publisher's copyrights to many old books with expired copyrights. People shouldn't rip off their version that may read better, have new pictures, etc... they should just get the old free original versions that nobody has claims to anymore.

Paragraph 1 - correct about enough energy in the environment to have over 1.0 COP. Why do you degrade others by including others as if they're with you by posting: "but we were too busy being blind." You should be speaking for yourself because I know for a fact that there are many members in Energetic Forum who are paying a LOT of attention to what is going on and have been innovating on their own - so who is blind? Speak for yourself.

Paragraph 2 - that is obvious to myself and anyone else who has been paying attention - those happen to be the ones who are NOT included in your company of the blind.

Paragraph 3 - First of all, no matter how sensible your criteria are, they are still your OPINION - the 5.0 COP requirement has no basis in reality and is not substantiated by anything that you can show to mean anything at all. A simple flashlight is under 1.0 COP and is VERY PRACTICAL - so practical in fact that billions of them have been sold all around the world for many, many years! Google flashlight and you will see what I'm talking about.

So if that is ALREADY practical and I have a circuit that lights a LED at a COP of 2.0, which I have better than that, then that IS a practical free energy device and it doesn't have to meet your 5.0 COP criteria. A flashlight that lets the battery last more than twice as long. Hmmmm... not 5.0 cop but very practical and beats everything on the market. Veljko's oscillator is over 4.0 COP and is being used in various areas around the world to pump water. Bedini showed a 3.0 COP energizer running that was about 14 feet in diameter producing a lot of mechanical work that would break your hand if you tried to stop it - input batteries stayed topped up all weekend - not just voltage topped but capacity topped because it was actually powering a real load with gigantic coils. Last conference he showed another energizer that charged the back battery and after that, the input battery climbed back up - kept itself charged up while the wheel spun with free mechanical work the whole time. @ It is obvious (ain't it?) that free energy is here. So, are we still waiting "godot" to be transferred to an international team which has everything prepared to make "godot" public FOR FREE on thousands of servers, or if "godot" is already recognised by many of us, why international team hesitate to make it public right now?

For example, on croatian TV two gentlemans (serious guys, believe me) just weak ago have talked about fully working Tesla's wireless transmission of energy through soil-earth, and they also have mentioned the bold fact about russians who developed fully working one-wiire energy transmission too, but there is no willingness to put it in use.

Willingness -greed - interests - money - control - three words agencies - petrodollar slavery = the only obstacle for the quest of free energy for all humanitiy not just richest guys...

The same paradigm is running the world still today: How to make richest people even richer, and how to poor people make even more poor...

But this paradigm wont last for ever, because all empires have fallen, this one will fall too, sooner than latter...

The main issue (seems to me) is not the question "is there technology" (since it has been here from Tesla's time but we still (100 years or so) wait it to be reinvented), but why we have to wait even more then 'just' 100 years to harness it for the good of all humanity, not just the richest guys like Google and E-Bay?
